Stayed two nights and all that seem to be happening
was arguments outside between people finishing about 2 o’clock and then starting again about 5:30 in the morning I was given a room that just basically was outside the lift no view no nothing. Not a great day, unfortunately.

Jay and Malu, the front desk hostesses, are kind, hospitable, and accommodating. They are also extremely diligent about ensuring that rooms are kept clean and comfortable. Amazing, quiet, peaceful stay!
This sweet little hotel is our little getaway away from home and the owners made us feel so welcome and appreciated! Maru (I hope that's how you spell or say her name) at the front desk was the kindest hotel owner I have spoken to and was extremely accommodating and kind. The view was amazing from the top floor and the new renovations look great! She gave us a newly renovated room and we couldn't have been more grateful after a stressful week. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. The location is also wonderful, we will definitely be back!

Dreariest room I've ever stayed in. It was clean except for bathroom drain which was full of stringy hair. Huge counterspace in bathroom. Excellent rate. Parking next to the room. Unlike Choice Hotels/Rodeway website photos the room was completely absent of ambiance. No wall art, no table lamps (over head LED lights), large window had room darkening pleated shade but no curtain to allow some filtering light in the room. There was no place to hang apparel; I had to place garments on a small table. No amenities in the lobby as shown on the Inn's website. Very thin bathroom towels.

Excellent service
This stay was to attend a church, the Body of Christ, service in nearby San Juan Capistrano on Sunday morning. The room was clean and spacious. I did enjoy having coffee in the mornings. The lobby staff provided extra coffee on the day I was to leave.
