North Beach Villa

Impressive small hotel less than a mile from the restaurants and shopping district on Avenida Del Mar. New construction, thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable, plus great communication and updates from the owner during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at North Beach Villa exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in various San Clemente hotels and this is our favorite! The property is beautifully designed, rooms are thoughtfully decorated and so well-appointed with special touches everywhere you look. The rooms are spacious with luxurious, comfortable beds and plenty of sitting room and a private patio with top of the line patio furniture to enjoy. Lush succulents and plants are placed throughout the villa from the moment you enter the property leading to the rooms which creates a warm homey environment. You will feel like you are the only guest with the private layout of the rooms. The owners are communicative with the guests throughout the stay to make sure all needs are met. Truly a special place where we plan to visit over and over and tell our friends and family about!

Beautiful, spotless and well-appointed boutique hotel with easy self check-in. You can access everything via text or scanning a QR code and the staff is very quick to respond if you need anything. The bed was among the most comfortable I've ever experienced, bathroom very clean with great water pressure (important!). It was slightly away from the pier area (about a 20 min walk) but close to cafes, coffee. We didn't drive but there is parking included and it was overall a truly lovely stay. Highly recommend.

If you want close to the beach/water, shopping, and places to eat The North Beach Villa is the place. Safety is above excellent! All the locks from entering the premises to your door lock are digitized and will auto-lock. On the first floor (ground level) there are only two rooms. Upstairs are the bigger room (s). That is it! The NB Villa reminds me of a "Bed n Breakfast" (without the food/alcohol service) because it's so personable. Talk about feeling important!!! The owner/manager Eric Spink is a fabulous host. His wife too. They will do everything they can (within reason) to make your stay one of the best. They also provide for your room so no one else ever enters your room. They both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice (we've become friends) they are the best. My stay was in March 2023. Will definitely come again in the future!
