Mi aspetto molto di più da un resort & SPA anche nel periodo invernale post festività. Ciabattine e accappatoio in camera, colazione più abbondante e senza le marche del supermercato e accesso alla vasca idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco non ai prezzi della capitale italiana. Insomma bisogna migliorare l’attenzione al cliente. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Posto da favola immerso nel verde dei monti Picentini, praticamente un'oasi naturale. Abbiamo usufruito della Spa avvalendoci di personale attento, gentilissimo e dedito alla clientela. Ci torneremo per la Spa e per provare i servizi di ristorazione.

Ritornato in questa struttura per la terza volta. La struttura necessita di manutenzione. L'area della doccia (fughe e silicone) ha muffa, cosa inaccettabile. La pulizia generale nella stanza buona. Personale cordiale e gentile. Colazione nella norma.
