Alojamiento pequeño pero con buenas instalaciones. El lugar donde está ubicado es agradable y tranquilo, pero no hay establecimientos comerciales y el transporte no es muy bueno, especialmente los fines de semana. El alojamiento no tiene recepción, lo cual puede ser un problema dependiendo de la hora que llegues, ya que la entrada principal no siempre está abierta.

Hotel Calzaiolo is WONDERFUL! I had a very restful time there. Antonietta is a kind, charming owner, and was so sweet and helpful to me. She even had a taxi deliver a work bag for me after I forgot it in my hotel room! Speaking of the room, it was charming and perfect, with a very cool wardrobe, and wood ceilings that overflowed with rustic style. If you're looking a for quiet, restful hotel (just 25 minutes outside of the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Florence), I highly recommend Hotel Calzaiolo!

very friendly family that runs the hotel, super convenient for getting to nearby wedding venues / wineries etc. Limited english so have google translate available but they are very accomadating!

Tra le colline del chianti, e questo già la dice lunga di quanto sia bella la location. E poi lo stile tipico toscano: a me piace da matti quello stile antico, conservativo. Non cambierei nulla, sarebbe come vender l'anima di un posto già di per se magico. E poi la proprietaria è una signora simpaticissima. Ho cercato di pagare il soggiorno per 3 giorni ma non c'è stato verso: l'ho dovuto pagare al check out!

In gita per ritrovarsi con la famiglia proveniente da più parti d'Italia, abbiamo scelto Firenze e deciso di soggiornare alle porte di essa. E qui abbiamo trovato un posticino fresco come casa, accogliente e tenuto con amore. La nostra camera con le travi a vista ed un panorama collinare ci ha regalato ore di calma e serenità. Hotel a gestione familiare, accoglienza semplice e cortese. Stanza ampia e ariosa. Bel bagno ampio ed attrezzato. Comodo per i muoversi nei dintorni di San Casciano in quanto vicino al raccordo autostradale Fi-Si. Nel complesso sono stato bene, lo consiglio a chi cerca comodità e semplicità a buon prezzo!
