Só salva a localização, que é mais próxima do centro. Hotel péssimo! Sujo, instalações tenebrosas, atendimento bizarro, café da manhã igualmente ruim… todos, sem exceção, muito mal educados, parecendo estarem fazendo um favor em te hospedar. O chuveiro mal saía água, tendo que tomar banho de copo. Um dos piores que já fiquei.

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a minha recente estadia no Lagos Andinos. A experiência ficou bem abaixo das minhas expectativas
Primeiramente, as fotos do apartamento no site não condiziam com a realidade. O quarto que recebi estava em condições muito inferiores ao que foi exibido nas imagens. O ambiente estava mal cuidado, com sinais evidentes de mofo nas paredes, o que tornou a estadia desconfortável e preocupante para mim.
Além disso, o quarto não era bem arejado e a iluminação era muito fraca, o que tornava o espaço ainda mais perturbador. A falta de ventilação adequada e a iluminação envolvente aumentaram a experiência ainda mais difícil.

Malísimo no contrates el servicio de hotelería por qué es una mentira , las fotos no acompañan al lugar , no tiene cable ,muebles viejos ,la atención es malísima la recepción no te da respuesta . Y nadie da la cara .humedad en la paredes , extractores no andan precio calidad malo ....

El hotel esta bien ubicado.por la mañanas el agua para bañarse sale helada.En el desayuno esta un mozo como policia para saber que te servis..mala la disponobilidad del cafe ..cafeteras que pierden liquido ..desprolijo.El resto esta bien..sin mas comentarios.

Un desastre. Música en vivo fuerte hasta tarde. Un motor del extractor en l a ventana de la habitación con un ruido insoportable. Olor a desagüe en el baño. Detalles sin terminar. Muebles rotos. Carisimo por el servicio que brindan. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Ótimo hotel. Quarto grande, confortável, asseado, atendentes prestativos, café da manhã muito bom. Excelente, de modo geral. O único problema é que não tem estacionamento, e vc paga cerca de US$ 30,00 por dia no estacionamento ao lado. Se for de carro, agregue esse valor ao custo diário.

Chuveiro sai pouca água
Porta do quarto: não abria, sistema automático não funcionava
Elevador: Barulho a noite inteira , portas batem com força e não funciona sistema de segurança do fechamento da porta, fecha em cima das pessoas
Quartos frente para rua são barulhentos
Não tem ventilador , no verão é muito difícil aguentar o calor

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a metros de la avenida principal Desde nuestra habitación en un piso alto veíamos el lago pero no se si las habitaciones de abajo tendrán linda vista La habitación no estaba mal, pero a la infraestructura ya en sí le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento. El baño si estaba muy bien Toallas y ropa de cama en buen estado, las cambian a diario con el servício de limpieza El desayuno excelente, muy abundante con muchas opciones Punto en contra, la TV era muy vieja y no funcionaba el control remoto. Tampoco cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero no fue difícil encontrar lugar en la misma vereda que el hotel

Hotel tem uma localização maravilhosa, bem próximo de onde tudo acontece em Bariloche (centro), porém é meio antigo e precisa de reforma. Quartos são limpos, banheiro espaçoso e com aquecedor. Café da manhã simples, pouca variedade e não achei muito higiênico (pratos mal lavados e encontrei cabelo). Local tbm não possui garagem, mas tem um estacionamento próximo. Atendimento excelente.
