O hotel é bem localizado , café da manhã ok para um hotel 4 estrelas ,porém a internet é péssimo no quarto , não tem ar condicionado e a calefação ligam e desligam qd lhes convém , tivemos que ligar toda hora para ligarem em pleno inverno O atendimento no restaurante muito bom pessoal bem atencioso , mas no bar garçons arrogantes e te atendem quando querem , simplesmente nos ignoram

Hotel bem localizado com quartos barulhentos. Como pontos positivos estão sua ótima localização para quem não quer depender de carro para andar pelo centro de Bariloche e o quarto com tamanho, cama e banheiro bons. Café da manhã adequado para a categoria. Já o lado ruim é o barulho da rua que invade o quarto em que fiquei (de frente). Possui piscina com temperatura fria para a temporada de inverno e o estado de conservação já ultrapassado. Resumindo: hotel com ótima localização mas com estada não muito prazerosa.

O Hotel é bom, a localização é excelente, mas não vale o que cobram. Pelo valor, achei que se trataria de uma hospedagem luxuosa, mas o que encontrei foi um quarto velho, com diversos problemas de manutenção, banheiro muito pequeno, velho, chuveiro ruim, porta que nos deixava presos no banheiro diversas vezes. O quarto não tem ar-condicionado, o serviço de quarto e limpeza não eram bons e os funcionários da recepção são muito fechados. Resumindo, pagamos muito caro e não nos sentimos acolhidos, valorizados.

Tudo no hotel funcionou muito bem. Quarto enorme e muito aconchegante. Profissionais super educados e dedicados. Usamos a sauna, piscina e correu tudo bem. Hotel próximo dos restaurantes renomados como El Boliche de Albierto, pizzaria LaTana. 2 quarteirões da praça famosa e próximo à rua Mittre Com certeza voltaremos!

Recepção com atendimento muito bom, porém o inverso com o atendimento do pessoal do café da manhã. Poucas opções de alimentos sem glúten, mesmo dizendo que havia muitas opções; nós pedimos para nos dessem 2 pães sem glúten no dia seguinte, e no dia seguinte nos deram ZERO. Desligam a calefação toda hora e você precisa ficar ligando na recepção para religarem. Internet no quarto péssima, não dá para usar nada; no lobby é melhor. Localização ótima, cama e banheiro/chuveiro bons. Ficamos no primeiro andar e não dava para ouvir o barulho da rua. Com tudo, foi uma boa estadia.

El desayuno excelente. El horario de la piscina muy corto. Las instalaciones bien. El servicio muy amable. Esperaba un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y aclaré que iba por un cumpleaños. Tenía vista al.garage
