This hotel is centrally located and has amazing front desk staff. Thanks for all your help Paula and Alex. They were always so accommodating and helpful. The staff here works so hard to help out and keep their clients happy. They hotel is going through some renovations so they do have some older rooms and some newer rooms. We stayed in both. The hot tubs were a delight to use after a long day of hiking. Thanks for the Lovely stay. Joe and Dawn

Minha estadia foi otima, quarto limpo e confortável hotel lindo com uma vista incrível, mas infelizmente o wifi é pessimo, e o cafe da manha nem sempre estava com tudo pronto as 7:30, ruim para quem acorda cedo para ir aos passeios ! no hotel tem uma area de lazer com jogos e as 3:30 da madrugada tinha gente fazendo barulho incomodando os hospedes que acordariam cedo no outro dia para os passeios ! Essas sao minhas únicas queixas.

Habitación SUCIA durante toda la estadía
Terrible. Llegué a la habitación y tanto piso como baño estaban sucios. Polvo, pelusas y cabellos perceptibles a la distancia. Pedí por favor que la asearan, pero me comentaron que solo sería posible al día siguiente porque el personal de aseo ya se había retirado. Estuve 2 noches en el hotel con el piso y el baño sin ser aseados. Solo se limitaron a hacer la cama.
La caja de seguridad estaba fuera de servicio, lo que es una desventaja al momento de dejar objetos de valor.
El desayuno pésimo. Poca variedad para ser considerado "buffet". Loza y vasos sucios, baja disponibilidad de cubiertos. Panes fríos y añejos, sin tostador disponible para poder calentar. Termos de café y té fríos; y café con pésimo sabor. Fruta vieja y poco apetecible. No incluyen huevos revueltos, tiene costo adicional. Lo único con buen sabor fueron las medias lunas, el resto deplorable. Tuvimos que salir a tomar desayuno afuera.
En resumen, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. No vale lo pagado.
Precio/calidad terrible.

Op zich is dit hotel best OK, want voor € 50 een kamer voor 2 personen is niet duur en een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Ligt ook centraal dichtbij het centrum en ook vlakbij het prachtige meer. Kamers zijn basic en ontbijt heel zwak. Het enige probleem was bij ons gisteravond, dat er een feest werd gegeven bij het buurhotel, waardoor we op de kamer aan de voorzijde niet konden slapen. Gelukkig kregen we een andere kamer, aan de andere kant van het hotel.

O hotel é muito amplo , limpo e organizado . O quanto que ficamos era maravilhoso, água quentinha, banheiro e quarto enormes . No quarto tem uma garrafinha pra esquentar água o que ajuda muito pra um chazinho ou cafezinho. O quanto tinha um vista direto para a lagoa , tornando as manhãs mais lindas ainda . Mesmo estando fazendo 1 grau no quanto não dava pra sentir pois o sistema de aquecimento do hotel funciona perfeitamente. O café é bom , só senti falta de fritas e suco natural pois o sus o servido é de caixa . No o mais foi Ótimo , ao lado de tudo e bem no centro .

A strange experience… reception was nice enough but the room is an austere sauna. The radiators were pumping out heat the whole day despite it being a relatively hot autumn day. We left the window open wide but it was still very difficult to sleep. The room lacked some of the most basic amenities (no bin, no chair or desk). The bath was held together by polyfiller which would have been ok had there been a functioning shower. Alas we were left with a drizzle of either boiling or tepid water. That being said the staff was very nice, though the building does need some renovation….

We loved the place, the attention was always very friendly. The breakfast they serve is very complete. It happened to us that the heating in the room was always on, we were very hot, they couldn't provide us with a solution. The cleanliness and hygiene of the place is excellent!

Simpático hotel si no querés gastar mucho y tener vista la Nahuel huapi desde tu ventana. Una lástima que no tengan restaurante habilitado. Párrafo aparte la excelente atención de Axel y Santi. Las fotos son del hall del hotel y desde la ventana de mi cuarto.
