Best hostel, awesome vibe awesome service. Stayed two nights at dorms and one night in apartment. Amazing view, very clean, and breakfast is absolutely fine. The woman in the front desk is amazing, will never forget her. Laundry service is very recommended. The vibe in the shared flat is the best Thanks so much!

Excelente trato de todas las personas excepto de la cocinera a la mañana. Fui por primera vez pero volvería a quedarme allí sin dudarlo. No pongo 5 estrellas porque hubo una mañana que no me dejaron desayunar, aclaro que en recepción me indicaron que el desayuno era hasta las 10:30 pero la cocinera indicó que no, que solo hasta las 10 (bajé 10:15hs) fuera de esa persona en el hostel que la gran mayoría de veces no saluda cuando es una de las primeras personas que ves del personal, fuera de eso recomiendo que las personas se queden porque la ubicación es genial y hay precio-calidad excelente

La verdad muy decepcionada de mi estadía en ese hotel. La relación precio calidad no coincide. Paredes viejas, pintura saltada. Baños horribles. Habitaciones viejas. Las recepcionistas atienden muy mal, de algunas cosas sobre informan y de otras no dicen nada. El desayuno muy básico, miden cada cosa que se come o toma. A verdade é que fiquei muito decepcionado com a minha estadia naquele hotel. A relação qualidade-preço não corresponde. Paredes velhas, pintura lascada. Banheiros horríveis. Quartos antigos. As recepcionistas atendem muito mal, exageram em algumas coisas e não falam nada em outras . Café da manhã muito básico, eles medem tudo que você come ou bebe.

Hotel velho, sem manutenção. Uma verdadeira espelunca! Não vá, vai se arrepender. As fotos do site não condizem com o real, que é extremante inferior. Os funcionários são simpáticos, único ponto positivo. Ficamos no andar 5 e por diversas vezes tivemos que subir de escada, pq o elevador (que só cabem 2 pessoas) não funcionava.

Desde hace una semana que me hospedo en el hotel! Me quede maravillado tanto con la habitación con una vista maravillosa y la posibilidad de cocinarme en un maravilloso espacio para el turista, como con la atención de los chicos/as de la Consejería que muy amablemente me orientaron en las actividades que queria hacer y hasta me prestaron la bolsa para ir al super! Y Macarena que te sirve el desayuno tan amablemente y te ofrece repetir, como cuando hace la limpieza de los cuartos con tanto detalles y dedicación, siempre con una sonrisa y saludando cada vez que te ve! Un exelente lugar y muy cerca del centro civico!

We booked a single night as a transition since we had the flight at dawn. It was a horrible experience. Mainly because of the bathroom, which not only was not hygienic but was very small, with dirty curtains. The truth, horror. We asked for a room with a double bed and they gave us a room with two separate small beds. We do not give 1 star because the reception was quite nice with a Pool that helps pass the time until check-in but we would not repeat under any point of view. A shame.

Very old and unmaintained hotel. During our stay, the elevator broke down, there was no water, there was no electricity and the reception was not the most friendly. Very poor continental breakfast, even for a two-star hotel. Cleaning okay but otherwise not good.

The attention of all the staff was excellent (Flavia, Niki, María and the staff who served breakfast). From kindness to willingness to tell you what to do or how to get around. The room with an incredible lake view. Abundant breakfast. Above it has a kitchen and refrigerator for common use. Water with good flow and temperature. Excellent location. The common areas are very nice and comfortable. Good connectivity, even in the room!!! We would choose them again!
