Denuncio estafa de hostal Costa Azul en San Carlos de Bariloche, operan en todos los portales colocando publicación engañosa, reserve por booking al llegar nos encontramos con un lugar realmente asqueroso, sucio, baño bloqueado sabanas rotas , basura y restos de comida por todo el piso, porsupuesto era imposible quedarnos cancelamos la reserva y fuimos a la media noche a buscar otra. Su forma de operar es que te cobran por adelantado, esperan que el cliente llegue y por supuesto no se quede y le arriendan a otro y a otro te ofrecen devolver el dinero pero nunca lo hacen hasta que te bloquean todo canal de comunicación. PÉSIMO

Pésimo en todos los aspectos. No es ni cerca lo que muestran en las fotos, sucio, las cosas no funcionan Tengo en este momento una silla en la puerta de la heladera porque no cierra bien Habitación doble, con dos camas juntadas que es súper incómodo Llevo dos días y no han repuesto el Papel higiénico La cocina no tiene NADA, la vajilla vieja y sucia, ollas sucias y destruidas No hay horno; solo un anafe No entiendo cómo puede funcionar este lugar

LLegamos al Hotel y nos encontramos con un hotel costero en muy buena ubicacion, pero realmente desmejorado. el primer inconveniente fue falta de lugar para estacionar. Despues ingresamos al cuarto que parecia haber sido victima de un tsunami. El baño con faltantes, no tenia el boton del inhodoro, el portapapel roto, perdida de agua en el lavatorio. Toallas gastadas La cocina con faltante de vajilla, la heladera rota y sucia. Las camas con colchones sucios y realmente gastados, sabanas gastadas y colchas con mal olor. Las ventanas al jardin, no cerraban y el estar adelante del jardin estaba lleno de telas de arañas y colillas de cigarrilos. Las cortinas ausentes en el comedor, por lo cual quienes dormian ahi amanecian con el sol y en el cuarto quemadas por cigarrillo. La verdad una mala experiencia. Las fotos en cualquier pagina no representan la realidad a HOY.

El lugar tiene una vista soñada, la ubicación es cercana al centro de bariloche, 4.2km, podes ir en taxi, colectivos, o auto. Mi habitación fue la superior, el último piso, tenía tres camas matrimoniales, y dos individuales. Todo la ropa de cama, colchones, etc, estaban limpias y muy buen estado. Calefacción, agua caliente, todo funcionando perfectamente. Wifi, tv smart, todo perfecto. La atención de los conserjes excelente. A mejorar algunas cosas, por ejemplo no funcionaba la cocina, pero teniamos anafe y microondas. Por esos detalles no sería un 10 mi experiencia, pero le doy 8.5 - 9. Espero les sirva esta información.

Apart normal, viejo ubicado frente al lago con salida de playa propia. Nos toco un departamento para 7 personas que tenia 2 domritorios grandes y aparte dos sofa camas. La cocina era normal y completa. Había WIFI y caja de seguridad. Tenia 2 baños grandes uno con ducha y otro con bañera.
