Nous sommes arrivés très tôt le matin (10h30) pour un séjour de deux nuits. L’accueil, réalisé par Lionel, a été plus que parfait car il parle plusieurs langues et il a tout fait pour nous faciliter notre attente pour le check-in « en avance » de notre chambre « suite ». Bravo et Merci. Il a eu, même, plus tard, la gentillesse de nous mettre le drapeau Français sur notre habitation. Pour les autres équipements ou services, tout a été parfait : la chambre, avec un balcon, avec une douche aux huiles essentielles, jacouzzi et sauna, était très agréable, très spacieuse, lumineuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. Nous avons dîner les 2 soirs au restaurant : il y a un chef de cuisine. Les plats furent très bons, mais attention à certains d’entre eux, qui sont copieux mais aussi très riche en sauce. La piscine, quoiqu’un peu ancienne, est très agréable car l’eau est chauffée et la vue très belle. Tout le Personnel, de l’accueil aux serveurs, a été très sympathique et attentionné. Le seul petit problème est le parking de l’Hôtel. Il est petit et étroit, et donc, entre autre, les minibus de visites touristiques ne peuvent pas manœuvrer et donc venir chercher les Clients au pied de l’accueil. (Les taxis, oui, bien sûr). Ce fut un problème pour nous, car l’un de nous deux avait du mal à marcher, et l’accès au point de rdv, qui se trouve sur la route, est très difficile car très pentu et glissant. Merci, car nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre Hôtel

Experiência incrível, suítes boas, limpas e completas. A vista é espetacular, não tem como descrever a sensação de acordar, e ver as montanhas nevadas, e o lago. O café da manhã é completo, porém, sugerimos variar mais os itens. Funcionários muito atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos. Local guide sem dúvidas.

Charming is a truly unique property consisting of five chalets with exposed beams spread over a manicured hillside overlooking a stunning lake. Each chalet has two or more rooms or apartments. Our room had a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub for two, a sauna and a shower room which doubles as a steam room. The room itself was a generous size, had a fireplace and a large closet. The floors and towel rack are all heated and there’s a heat pump for heating and cooling. It made the room extremely comfortable especially on cold mornings. We had a private balcony overlooking the lake and the snow capped mountains in the distance. Breakfast is served in the main building and provides a large selection of anything you could want. The hotel is located about a fifteen minute drive outside of Bariloche town in an area with a large selection of restaurants and grocery stores. Managers Andrea and Augustin were always around and accessible for information and to cater to any request. They were both personable and caring and their presence greatly enhanced our stay. I can’t imagine a more unique or comfortable property. I think it’s the only place to stay when in Patagonia.

Uno de los mejores hospedajes en los que he estado! Maravilloso lugar, la vista es increíble! El personal muy amable y atento, siempre estuvieron atentos a todo lo que necesitamos! Nos dieron recomendación de lugares para visitar La habitación absolutamente fabulosa! Una cama muy confortable! Y calientita la habitación , Con muy buen espacio, y tenía un spa dentro de la habitación 🙌🏻 (sauna, jacuzzi y baño a vapor), la vista de la habitación es de ensueño! Despertar con esa vista y el sonido de los pajaritos es absolutamente gratificante! Le doy un 100%, de verdad maravillosos y súper recomendado! Volvería siempre!

Ahhh the view is simply charming!!! The service is wonderful! Lionel & team are very pleasant. Wish we stayed longer. Truly a charming place. Breakfast is very “homey”. A quaint place while you’re away from home. Book dinner at Stag while you’re staying at the place

La verdad todo 5 estrellas. El hotel espectacular, la ubicación es intermedia entre el centro cívico y cerro catedral, las habitaciones espectaculares con una vista genial (de pronto los sillones necesitan un cambio), el acceso a la playa está genial y el servicio tanto en la recepción como en el desayuno es buenísimo. Muy recomendado
