Estivemos hospedados com a família num grupo de 12 pessoas e achamos vários pontos negativos Má conservação do quarto , Limpeza muito ruim , não trocavam as toalhas e não lavavam nem os copos usados Serviço engessado , a parte de alimentação é terceirizada , tem q pagar td q consome na hora não se pode assinar , café da manhã com pouca opção , jantar muitas vezes não havia por conta de aluguel do espaço por não hóspedes , realmente fico espantada em saber q foram Silver Crown !!

Jantar muitas vezes inexistente por conta do aluguel do salão limpeza pessima serviç deixa muito a desejar . Não aceita cartão de crédito para para pequenas despesas não tracam toalha nem roupa de cama . Não lavam a louça. Acesso aos quartos com mala muito difícil não tem mão de obra para ajudar.

Un lugar hermoso para ir en verano Impecable el lugar , el restaurante, las cabañas. El personal amable. La pile divina , el restaurante no tiene mu has opciones vegetarianas y los mozos no descollan de alegría pero atienden normalito, bien. Hay mu has cosas para hacer , no queda lejos del centro, se puede ir caminando o en bus

Razoável somente se estiver de carro em razão do estacionamento, de resto, deixa muuuuito a desejar. Os quartos são extremamente antigos e os mobiliários também. Ponto de destaque para o restaurante terceirizado / café da manhã.

Tienen muy buena ubicación. La vista es muy bella, el restaurante es delicioso y puedes ver desde lo alto las montañas y el río meintras comes, las camas son incómodas pero si te alojas por una semana puedes sorportar. La limpieza es buena y la distribución de la aldea es buena. Las áreas verdes son muy bellas. El wifi falla un poquito pero es unos mins y listo.

Chegamos na terça a noite e fomos recebidos pelo recepcionista sem muita simpatia. Chegamos no quarto e clarp quenao era nada igual as fotos do site. Super mal conservado, igualmente a todas as instalações do hotel. Mas o pior é vc pagar por diaria com café da manha e chegar no restaurante e ter 3 opções de café a la carte com 1 bebida, nade de frutas e 3 torradas com queijo e presunto. Um absurdo! Tentamos falar com o hotel porem eles repasdam a respondabilidade do café ao rdstaurante, como de fossem coisas separadas. Estamos qui hospedados ainda e nao tivemos nenhum respaldo do restaurante tao pouco do hotel! FUJAM DESSE LUGAR! CANCELEM SUAS ESTADAS AQUI!

Hotel e localização é OK. Porém, a piscina super fria e crianças não podem usar hidro, ou seja, não podem usufruir da parte principal de laser do empreendimento. Se está um dia de neve, pós passeio é a única opção de lazer, então a criança não fica sem. Confesso que viajo com minha filha desde os 7 meses e foi a primeira vez que ela não pode usufruir de uma hidro (principalmente neste caso sendo a única opção dentro do padrão térmico do local)

We visited the restaurant and from the outside everything looked very nice, so we decided to book the spa day to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. But it was throwing money away. The pool was cold, the environment was not heated. Everyone was waiting for the jacuzzi, which was the only thing that could be used. I had a massage, the truth is that the masseuse did everything possible to make sure I had a nice experience. But from the massage room you could hear everyone who arrived and complain about the temperature of the water. To end the bad experience, the person at the reception made a mistake and gave me the massage turn of another passenger. And during my massage, the person in charge entered the room without even asking permission to question me why I had taken that turn. I felt completely violated and poorly treated. to the point that we couldn't enjoy the day and had to leave. The responses from the place were painful. I take the trouble to write the review because we all have the right to enjoy our vacations and experiences like this, it really ruins them. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else
