Hotel gostoso, quarto confortável, ótima vista. Café da manhã é OK, não espere grandes variedades ou mesas fartas. Mas é suficiente para começar o dia. O acesso aos quartos pode ser um pouco mais chato. Tive apenas uma frustração inicial pq fiquei com a impressão que o apto que peguei tinham dois quartos - um para o casal e outro para as crianças - mas eles colocaram duas camas na sala. O Spa (piscina e sauna) foram úteis ao final dos dias após os passeios.

Não esqueçam nada neste hotel, nenhuma peça de roupa, capacete, par de botas, nada, pois não vão te devolver. Ainda que admitam por whatsapp que sim, meu chapéu ficou no quarto, se recusaram a enviar pelo correio mesmo que eu pagasse antecipado - e em dólar - pelas despesas postais o presente que ganhei de meu marido. A resposta que me deram por whatsapp foi para alguém ir buscar, o que para nós, turistas brasileiros, parece ser uma barbada, pois temos centenas, talvez milhares de amigos que passam diariamente por aquela estrada a 3.600 km de distância da nossa casa. E eles sabem muito bem disso. Então pedi para guardar que eu voltaria no outro ano para buscar. Era só guardar. Não é pedir muito. E agora que estou nas imediações, eles morrem no silêncio, não me respondem e até enviaram um email - que por sinal não existe - para eu buscar mais informações, e bem sei que só tem uma resposta para todo esse imbróglio, a de que meu belo chapéu já está ornando a cabeça de outra pessoa, o que entra em conformidade não apenas com o profundo silêncio dos canais de comunicação deste hotel, mas também com a incrível má vontade da equipe em postar objetos esquecidos pelos hóspedes. Então vale a dica: não esqueçam objetos pessoais. Eles não vão se esforçar em nada para te devolver.

Lindas instalaciones, habitaciones calidas y comodas. El desayuno muy rico. La piscina y spa muy disfrutable aunque hubieron dias que el agua no estaba muy calentita. El personal muy amable. Si vuelvo a bariloche quizás busque conocer otro hotel, pero el lugar es recomendable

Atencion de todos los empleados muy calida y profesional. Impecable todo! Sabanas suaves y varias almohadas muy comodas! Internet veloz y restaurante variado, rapido puntual. Los arboles del entorno en otoño son muy coloridos, amarillos, rojizos y flores muy bien cuidados. Arriba detras del ultimo bloque corre agua debajo de las plantas otorgando in ambiente relajado. Todo espectacular! Gracias!
