Hotel Lobby updated and comfortable. Room was very worn out and needs to be updated. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for showering. Lake view room great view of lake. Location good. Older hotel without much mainatnce and updating in the rooms.

Mi hijo fue en gira de estudios diciembre 2024, las habitaciones insalubres, colchones asquerosos, las habitaciones no son como en las fotos que tiene el hotel, son muy chicas pésima experiencia, no recomiendo el hotel, busquen otro y otra agencia de viajes, no Fountour, pésima experiencia con ellos

Aceptable, aunque no llenó mis expectativas.
La atención fue cordial, el hotel posee un desayuno bastante completo, cuenta con una excelente ubicación en el centro de Bariloche, destaco la hermosa vista y cercanía al lago Nahuel Huapi. Cómo aspecto negativo falta de comunicación en el personal de recepción, las habitaciones se encuentran deterioradas y colchones gastados. Estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario y pasó desapercibido.

O hotel parece um trem fantasma. O elevador parece que sobe e desce dentro do quarto de tanto barulho que faz. É uma batecao de porta que Deus me ajude. A madrugada pra quem tem sono leve como eu, se lasca. O café da manhã é razoável. Às pessoas atendem bem. Mas o quarto é a barulhada faz deixar a desejar.

Ascenseur porte cassée gros bruit à la fermeture (réveillé tout l’étage 24/7). Je m ai signalé et ai demandé au réceptionniste de mettre un amortisseur mousse en attendant la réparation mais il ne compte pas le faire réparer… Chambre et SDB en très mauvais état. Fenêtres double vitrage qui laisse passer tout le bruit. Rideaux déchirés et ne ferment pas entièrement. Prise de courant derrière les 2 lits (qui sont réunis pour faire lit double, on sent bien l’espace entre les 2) pas d’accès à la prise de courant sans décaler les lits. Radiateur fuit Wifi saute sans arrêt et le personnel de la réception médiocre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Es un hotel muy comodo! La ubicacion es perfecta porque esta en pleno centro de Bariloche, bajas y tenes todo a mano. La atencion es buena, el desayuno esta bien lo unico que hay que pedir y eso congestiona un poco cuando es horario pico. Cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio y spa. La limpieza es muy buena y las habitaciones confortables.
