Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it was a bit tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.

I was a bit disappointed. I felt like a number. Breakfast was not varied. Cold scrambled eggs, 5 dollars for a small latte.

The room was OK, but the floor was too low and I couldn't see the lake view. The front desk staff was nice and patiently answered some questions.

Ótima localização, bem no centro. Conseguimos fazer tudo a pé (região do centrro). Quartos: banheiro alaga quando vai tomar banho e tem que ficar secando para o próximo. Isso me deu uma dor de cabeça danada: sai de casa pra descansar e tinha que ficar secando banheiro. Café da manha: bem confuso por ter muita gente num espaço pequeno e quase nada de opções. Muitos doces. 98% dos hóspedes são Brasileiros, então, deveriam dar uma atenção maior a esse item. Pela localização é perfeito, mas pelos serviços, deixou muito a desejar.

Gostei muito do hotel! A localização é excelente e a estrutura atendeu super bem às minhas expectativas. Quero destacar também a equipe da recepção, sempre muito solícita e atenciosa durante toda a minha estadia. Por outro lado, o atendimento no restaurante à noite deixou a desejar. Infelizmente, os atendentes demonstraram mau humor e falta de empatia, o que comprometeu a experiência do jantar. Acho importante pontuar, pois esse cuidado faz muita diferença na experiência do hóspede.
