Hotel excelente! Nos hospedamos en junio por una semana! Muy buena ubicación cerca del circuito chico y a 30/40 Minutos del centro. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito y cómodo. Lo mejor del hotel, sus empleados! Los chicos del lobby (Amadeo , Pablo y Gabriel) y los del restaurante (Luis y Romina) realmente están ahí para ayudar y hacer la estadía más amena! Punto importante a mejorar (internet y Wifi) no hay o se corta! Podrían poner starlink o algún internet bueno de calidad siendo un hotel boutique! Así también pack fútbol en las habitaciones. Punto a favor, tiene microcine y está bueno! Se puede reservar para ver series , películas y partidos de fútbol! Todo muy limpio, muy cuidado y el hotel lindo y en condiciones siempre listo para usar! La pileta caliente muy buena y cómoda a la hora de relajarte después de un día de caminata! Otro punto a mejorar podría ser que pongan más juegos y juguetes en el hotel ya que reciben muchos chicos al tener plaza, pileta y restaurante!! Para recomendar y volver a hospedarte sin dudas!!

Completamente desilusionada por la falta de empatía y calidad humana del establecimiento. Tengo a dos familiares internados con cuadros graves, presenté los certificados médicos y, aún así, no me hacen el reembolso correspondiente. Pagué la TOTALIDAD hace un mes y avisé de la situación un mes exacto de la fecha que teníamos acordada. Sacar rédito económico con la excusa de que mi tarifa no es reembolsable, me parece aberrante e inhumano. El reembolso del dinero depende EXCLUSIVAMENTE de la voluntad del hotel. No solo cobraron TODO por adelantado y en una sola partida nuestra reserva, sino que la van a volver a vender, quizás hasta en un precio superior. No sólo no brindaron ninguna alternativa real para que no perdamos el dinero, sino que dejaron de responder ganando ellos por TODOS lados.

This is a charming hotel with wonderful staff Pablo and his colleagues arranged so many things with a smile and professionalism He even arranged a welcome light supper on arrival even though the restaurant was closed due to Xmas eve. Such lovely staff Bathroom was great and room very acceptable. One issue was that there was no outside seating but I think this is because it is more of a winter destination. Beautiful location

They gave us a room that was not ready (without sheets and dirty), we made the corresponding complaint at reception and that mistake they made they changed us for 1 day to a superior room! The attention of all the people we dealt with was excellent. The food is generally very good (breakfast, room service and dinner). The hotel is about 30 minutes from the center of Bariloche. It has beautiful views of Lake Nahuel Huapi. They have a mini movie theater where you can choose what to see and an elevator at the entrance for people with disabilities and the elderly. I was very happy with everything the hotel offered us 👏🏻

I went to the Official Website because it was the cheapest ($42,500/day). I made the purchase for 7 days and it gave me a total of approx. $297,000, when I accepted Pay with Visa, the Page took the Payment (without sending me to the Card Page). After a while the Hotel sent me an email with the Boucher, which was in Dollars. I called the Hotel and they told me that this is how they operate but at $277 (the official one). I called Visa to cancel the operation and they told me that they had no operation for that Hotel and no confirmation either. The next day the Payment appeared on my Card summary for $360,000...???, $63,000 too much. Be careful that it could be a modus operandi of the Establishment. It would be better to do it through some pages like Booquin, ZenHoteles, etc., you pay a little more, but they don't deceive you... In September I will give my opinion about my stay. And according to the comments read on Trypadvisor they are very good...
