Hotel bem localizado, funcionários simpáticos, porém em relação ao café da manhã o hotem deixa a desejar. O hotel informa que serve refeição no jantar, mas é somente lanches, pizza e uma sopa de pacotinho (Vono). Apesar dos contras eu ainda indico o hotel.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación; limpieza y ambientes en excelentes condiciones siempre, climatización muy bien; quienes trabajan en el son muy amables. Lo único negativo es que la temperatura de la piscina no era la adecuada; muy fría para ser climatizada

Me decepcionei com o hotel. Instalações precisando de renovação. Péssima internet, serviço razoável, o preço não condiz com o que oferece. Única vantagem foi a localização . Café da manhã razoável. Chuveiro ok. Roupa de cama ok. Toalhas velhas,

Hotel muito bem localizado com atendimento perfeito. Quarto de bom tamanho. Talvez o café da manhã pudesse ser melhorado, mas nada que prejudique a avaliação do hotel. Como está bem no centro fica fácil para almoçar e jantar, bem como fazer compras. Uma quadra acima já se tem uma vista lindíssima do lago

Hotel is downtown in the heart of Bariloche. Bellhop service was great, but it was a bummer that they had no parking, not even valet, and I had to park 4 blocks away. The pool was incredible, and possibly worth the stay all in itself. the breakfast also was better than most, with really delicious pastries and a nice selection of fresh fruits. athe downside was the chairs were stained with food from previous slobs. The rooms were mehh. Ours faced a neighboring building with trash bags on the roof. Also, the door to our room let light from the hallway in over the top. I might stay here again, but if I wanted to rent a car to explore Bariloche, I would Uber in to the Cristal for that stay, then Uber back to rent a car and stay somewhere that offered parking.

O Hotel está muito bem localizado , limpo, pessoal do hotel muito educados , só não dei a nota máxima , porque o hotel é muito caro , sendo que só oferece café da manhã e vc tem pagar para usar a sauna , pelo preço acho que deveria está incluso . Também achei o hotel pequeno pelo o valor . Não tem atividades recreativas para crianças .

La verdad volvi despues de varios años por trabajo, tenia en mente la remodelacion, bueno no me toco, la habitacion igual a la que conocia muy vieja, muy malo el colchon y toda la ropa de cama. El desayuno de lo mejor, pero el resto mucho que desear, una pena porque la ubicacion es sublime, la atención como siempre un 10 de todos los empleados, eso si que no cambio y por eso le puse regular.

A localização é ótima, no centro da avenida principal, cercado pelas lojas e restaurantes de maior renome. Próximo a vários pontos turísticos como o museu de chocolate da Havanna e o museu de história natural, além de ter fácil acesso aos demais. Piscina enorme e maravilhosa, funcionários também todos muito cordiais e atenciosos. Os quartos são simples e as camas de casal são na verdade duas de solteiro juntas, o que é um pouco desconfortável. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar, poucas variações, enjoam rapidamente.
