Estamos em férias de família ! O hotel fica em um lugar com vista mágica para o lago! Ficamos em duas categorias de quarto, uma com vista jardim (aqui precisa cuidar porque no primeiro quarto em que nós colocaram o jardim era 3% existente, ou seja a vista era mais para uma cerca que jardim mesmo- mas aí solicitamos e nos mudaram de quarto - um com vista da cachoeira …extraordinário!!! Depois ficamos em quarto vista lago que era perfeito! O café da manhã poderia ser melhor em questão de quantidade de opções, para mim deixou a desejar! Já o restaurante do hotel é espetacular, saboroso e super atendimento! Não há academia no hotel, tanto nós quanto outros hóspedes reclamaram sobre… A recepção é maravilhosa e faz de tudo para agradar !

Hotel lindissimo, limpo, localização incrível e privilegiada com uma cachoeira e praia particular fora de série e recomendo por isso, porém algumas coisas não condizem tanto com as descrições e precisam de ajustes. Mas é bacana ! O Spa não era como descrito, tinha 1 só lugar e não pra casais, precisava chamar a pessoa mas elas fizeram o esforço de arrumar um quarto bacana para fazermos massagem juntos. O jantar não eram todos os dias, precisa reservar e almoço no bar com o menu caro e limitado. O atendimento de algumas pessoas muito bons outros não. Quarto lindo mas muitoooo pequeno com pouco lugar para as coisas visto q é frio, não tinha cobertor mas pedimos e 1 só papel higiênico, estava gripada ficamos quase sem. Internet péssima, caiu várias vezes e falaram que era pela cidade mas fomos no centro e estava normal. A Tv não funcionava direito, nenhum canal muito bom, precisávamos desligar e reconfigurar todos os dias para funcionar e colocar nosso login de Netflix ! Elevador quebrado no dia que chegamos.

This place is spectacular, you can enjoy of forest, lake and cascade in a same place, just wonderful. The attention is valuable, the installations are so comfortable and the breakfast is really really good and tasty. The have a heated swimming pool.

Hermoso hotel muy cerca de la ciudad pero inmerso en una atmosfera totalmente silvestre. El entorno es de selva patagónica con recorridos que llevan a la cascada y a la playa. Ambas zonas son preciosas. En la playa hay un barcito en el que se puede comer y tomar tragos, y hay reposeras para los huéspedes. La vista es hermosa. El hotel mismo está muy agradable y acogedor. La habitación era amplia y muy confortable, con una hermosa bow window sobre el lago. Tenía un sillón y mesita junto a la ventana, pedimos otro sillon y lo trajeron inmediatamente. Excelente la atención. Recuerdo los nombres de Mara y Eugenia, super amables, pero lo extiendo a todo el personal. Los espacios de desayuno y cena son cómodos y agradables. El desayuno excelente por la variedad y calidad de lo ofrecido. La cena excelente. Tiene una pileta cubierta muy bonita. En resumen, todo excelente, repetiría con gusto.

Excellent and unique stay
Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say.
The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage.
Overall though I would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably our best in Patagonia.
