The truth is that they have terrible service that leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived before check-in time and the receptionist treated us very poorly, zero empathy, we had to wait on the street with 6 degrees of heat. They don't have a waiting room, they have advertising. False since the spa is located 2 blocks away, not on the same property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. TERRIBLE CARE.

Misleading advertising! It's a fraud. The pools are not on the property, they are in a hostel a block away and can be accessed by going out onto the street and crossing to the other block. The heated pool is in a gym. They force you to wear a hat and you share it with people who train there and get upset if there are kids playing. The outdoor pool is rented by the day to people from the neighborhood and looks like a public pool. Nobody controls the income. The continental breakfast is just coffee with toast and croissants. If you want other things you have to pay separately for something they call a "buffet" and it is also very poor. The sofa beds are uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. Parking is not fixed and you have to leave the car wherever you find a place, perhaps far from the cabin. I highlight the kindness of Sergio who serves breakfast with very good attention. The rest is pure fiasco.

I think the three main characteristics of an accommodation are location, facilities and price. It is not always possible to obtain all of them, but at least one of them would be satisfactory. Well, Villa Sofía does not fulfill a single one. Location: It is not that far from the center, but the slope does not invite you to walk. It has no views nor is it close to the lake. I would give the location a 4 out of 10 just because the neighborhood feels safe. Facilities: Very small apartment that is supposed to be for 5 or 6 people. Two very small rooms, especially one of them. One and a half small bathrooms. The worst thing is its maintenance: dirty walls, torn and gray bedding due to poor washing, stained cloths and curtains. The kitchenware of poor quality and old televisions with bad images (one of them did not allow you to see the heads of the actors). You can hear a lot of noise from other apartments. It does not have a swimming pool or other attractions. I give the facilities and their maintenance a 3. Price: Although it is not high priced, if you compare it with other apartments in Bariloche that have better conditions, then it does not turn out to have a competitive price. I give the value for money a 3. In short: if you can stay somewhere else, it would be a good decision. Bariloche is a very beautiful city to suffer a stay in an ugly and dirty hotel.

Upon entering we saw dust on bedside tables and furniture, which is the least important thing since my contract was for a cabin for 4 people and when I gave it to 2 there was no type of attention to what happened since it was requested to be recognized, for that reason reason I decided not to renew my contract anymore. In the spa part, there was a lack of hygiene in the Scottish shower and other showers could not be used. In the internal pool, the lounge chairs do not have mattresses, only 3 or 4 of them have them.

10/10 excellent service and quality-price ratio! Excellent cleaning people, very spacious beds and all the comforts so you can cook and enjoy an apartment with a cabin atmosphere!
