Ficamos 7 noites em julho 2025 3 noites sem banho quente!! ÁGUA FRIA!!! Não há como fazer qualquer outra avaliação de um hotel no inverno de Bariloche que não consegue resolver o problema de água para o banho!! NÃO VENHA PARA ESTE HOTEL!! Se olhar para minhas avaliações previas são sempre com elogios Não costumo reclamar MAS NESTE CASO É IMPOSSÍVEL ACEITAR PELO PREÇO QUE SE PAGA!!!

Nossa experiência não foi das melhores, chegamos e o sofá cama horrível, o colchão nem espuma tinha direito, ainda bem que eram crianças que iam dormir, se fosse um adulto não iria conseguir, pois pegava em Madeira quando deitava, os travesseiros tinham um cheiro estranho, café da manhã nada de especial, pedimos uma pizza no quarto e aquilo nem podia se dizer que era uma pizza, acredito que tenham feito no microondas, mais para finalizar as toalhas do banheiro estavam velhas, encardidas, e alegaram que eu sujei a toalha de rosto com maquiagem e barro e me cobraram 25 mil pesos argentinos por cada toalha que eles alegaram que eu estraguei, sendo que esse valor praticamente da R$ 120,00 em duas toalhas que alegaram, sendo que nem tentaram lavar, apenas colocaram em uma sacola e deixaram no quarto com a cobrança, nunca vi hotel nenhum fazer isso. Minha experiência foi horrível, não volto e não indico para ninguém, foi uma viagem em família e não foi só eu que tive a impressão ruim do hotel, os amigos que estavam junto também acharam. Olhei as avaliações para ficar e não é bem isso que falam por aqui.

Hermoso hotel, bien ubicado con bella vista al lago , a 5 minutos en auto del centro de Bariloche . Las habitaciones son mini departamentos muy bien equipados , cómodas camas, living comedor y cocina impecables . El aseo a la habitación todos los días y temprano . El resto bar del hotel del primer nivel su comida El persona amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pides Ideal para ir con niños ya que cuenta con piscina temperada y spa Me aloje en la habitación que no es la frontal al lago sino que se ver por el lateral el lago y la vista era hermosa igual
