No es un hotel, no tiene recepción, no hay guardia de seguridad, la puerta de la entrada se abre on una tarjeta al igual que la habitación! No te brinda la seguridad de un hotel en donde el perdonal está a tu cuidado!! Tiene a su favor que es limpio, comodo, la habitación es pequeña sin closet ... pero lo que si tiene es una ecepcional vista al lago y a las montañas.... las señoras del aseo quienes estan por la mañana, son muy atentas y amables, su desayuno es bueno....yo recomendaria que di hubiera recepción y guardia de seguridad xq la zona no es tan segura

Excelente acomodação
Excelente acomodação, organização, bom atendimento e comunicação.
Para quem viaja com crianças, não recomendo pois a locomoção a pé, é necessário subir um ladeira.
E ficamos também no subsolo, sendo necessário subir e descer lances de escada com criança de colo.
Nosso quarto ficou bem na cozinha ontem é oferecido o café da manhã, o barulho e a conversa logo cedo nos incomodou um pouco também.
Vista do quarto é linda.
Tivemos problemas também com muitas formigas no banheiro.

Excelente opção próxima ao centro.
Proprietário super solícito e prestativa. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã simples porém muito bom. Vista privilegiada. Próxima do Centro (5 minutos a pé).
Único ponto negativo é que os quartos são muito próximos, então tem um pouquinho de barulho. Mas é uma ótima opção de estadia.
