Todo lo bueno que debería tener un hotel... este lo tiene. Las camas tienen varios tipos de almohadas para que elijas la más alta, baja, blanda o media dura. El desayuno mejoró si lo comparo con mi visita anterior... más variedad en el bufett, más garzones atendiendo el comedor. Las habitaciones son limpias, buena distribución de espacios y sus instalaciones siempre están funcionando bien. El restaurante es lento en la salida de los platos pero la comida es de buen sabor, linda presentación así que ña espera vale la pena. Buena relación precio calidad. La piscina, en temporada que funciona super buena porque tienen una temperada en el hotel y una fría, bien grande en el exterior. Con el calor del verano, sugiero que estacionen en el subterráneo. Excelente atención del personal. Para volver varias veces

Muy bueno el Hotel. Me quedé solo de paso por una noche. Me sorprendió su calidad en general. Todo se ve nuevo y bien cuidado. El desayuno es rico y bien variado. Muy bien atendido además. Fue una estadía muy grata. Lo recomiendo a todos los que pasen por Chillán.

Excelente experiencia, camas increíbles, pieza adecuada, piscina en buen estadio, calidad, temperatura ideal, servicio ideal. Restaurante desayuno buffet delicioso todo. Estacionamientos excelentes. Internet excelente. Volveremos de todas maneras.
