Siamo stati a Capodanno nel ristorante di questo Hotel molto rinomato. Fama giustificata : clima tranquillo e rilassato, con spazi larghi e confortevoli, ottima cucina di tipo internazionale e servizio impeccabile. Buonissimi i dolci . Ottimo modo di inziare l'anno, insieme al fantastico panorama all'esterno.

Frequentatori abituali della Val Pusteria, quest'anno abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Capodanno all'Hotel Orso Grigio. Una scelta veramente felice. Situato al centro di San Candido, l'hotel è dotato di stanze confortevoli, ed offre un eccellente servizio clienti. La cucina è di alta qualità. Il menù presenta, ogni sera, una varietà di piatti innovativi. Il sig. Franz e tutto lo staff dell'Hotel sono stati molto disponibili ed hanno reso il soggiorno indimenticabile. San Candido è nel nostro cuore. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente all'Orso Grigio.

Grazie al signor Franz e ai suoi collaboraci siamo stati coccolati tutto il tempo. Stanze spaziose e pulite, cena sempre eccellente grazie allo chef Rocco che ci ha stupito ogni ogni giorno e grazie a Cristina che ha sempre cercato di accontentare le esigenze di mio figlio di 8 anni. Degustazione in cantina con il signor Franz sublime, persona di un’infinita gentilezza. Capodanno? Serata curata in ogni dettaglio dall’aperitivo alla cena di pesce di alta qualità. Dimenticavo posizione perfetta nel pieno centro di San Candido Grazie per la bella vacanza, sicuramente torneremo.

Soggiorno meraviglioso, personale disponibile ed accogliente a prendersi cura sempre del cliente. Titolare sempre presente e disponibile. Ogni giorno offrono una coccola diversa per i clienti da aperitivo a degustazione vini. Buffet abbondante cena gourmet con disponibilissimo di cambiare pietanze se non a proprio gusto. Consigliato .

Ormai sono tanti anni che andiamo in questo accogliente hotel situato nel centro di S. Candido. Personale gentile sempre disponibile a risolvere tutte le richieste, cucina e una super colazione e non solo fanno di questo hotel un posto unico e familiare. Poi abbiamo il Titolare attento a tutti i particolari, che per noi clienti storici (da 15 ann) è diventato un vero amico, che accoglie tutti gli ospiti e con le sue iniziative settimanali come la degustazione dei vini presso la sua caratteristica cantina o la gita presso località della Pusteria o in Austria rendendo il soggiorno piacevole, creando un clima per sentirsi in casa e non un clima da albergo asettico. Da tornare appena gli impegni lo consentano Luca Mecheri

Amazing stay
I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay at the Orso Grigio including the wine tasting and guided hike with Franz.
Thank you for making me feel like a queen with all the luxurious touches. I was even picked up from and dropped off at the train station and given a transport pass for the duration of my stay.
