Hotel Skye

We decided to take the free shuttle bus to the airport because it was advertised prominently. However, even though we had booked a specific time the day before, the hotel front desk told us that they could not accommodate any more passengers and that we would have to go ourselves while we waited outside. The shuttle bus driver also largely ignored us and the others who were unable to get on, without even calling out to us. When we explained that we had put our names on the list for that time and that they knew the number of passengers they could accommodate in advance but had made us wait without saying anything, they explained to us that the free shuttle bus is a free service. If there is only one bus per hour and there is a limit on the number of passengers, they should have said so. They said they could not do anything more, so we asked to speak to a manager, but they told us there was no manager available. They handed us their business card and said, "This is the manager's card, but calling this number will connect you to the hotel," which was a shocking response. We asked them to tell us the name of the front desk person we had seen last night and to write down our name on the card, and they said, "I'll order an Uber, but only one," and we headed to the airport. There was nothing wrong with the room itself, but the service was terrible and it was a very unpleasant stay. I will never stay here again.
