I’ve received excellent customer service for room service, and during the breakfast brunch. Spent over 30 days in Hotel Las Lomas, this summer for the Pan American Games, rooms we're small however, very clean with a nice modern bathroom. There is some street noise, but certainly tolerable. Small hotel restaurant is quite good, and serves 24 hrs/day. Really enjoyed my stay.
