A todos los turistas: No vayan a este hotel Hacienda Flamingos. No se dejen engañar. Me dirijo a los turistas extranjeros y por supuesto a los mexicanos. Miren, muchos hoteles engañan con sus fotos aquí en México (yo creo que también en otros países) Los exhiben muy bonitos, pero cuando llegas están deteriorados. Como este Flamingos. Ocurre que los dueños los abandonan y ponen a trabajadores que están malhumorados, seguramente porque no les pagan o les tardan en su sueldo. Pero este hotel es el típico engañador: no hay problema que sea viejísimo, el tema es que huelen mal los cuartos, el desayuno es de hotel de 2 estrellas, vi una cucaracha enorme en el pasillo junto a la habitación 13. En la alberca a las 6pm se desataron una gran cantidad de moscos. Eso ocurre porque el dueño, que está lejos de ahí, no se preocupa por fumigar como todo hotel debe hacerlo, solo cobra su dinero y no le importan ni los huéspedes ni sus empleados. Las camas son tan antiguas que están duras como piedras, las colchas no las lavan, las fundas de las almohadas están percudidas. Si no te importa nada de eso, pues consíguete un hotel donde cobren menos y listo. Ese hotel cobra como de 5 estrellas y es de una o dos! Pero lo que se vuela la barda es la recepcionista de la noche. Yo creo que no le han pagado desde hace tres meses porque nos trató como extraños que íbamos a molestarla. Hay otros hoteles ahí en San Blas que sí son atendidos por sus dueños y están remodelados y no tienen muebles viejos y descontinuados y huelen a limpio. San Blas es un pueblo estupendo, sus habitantes son muy gentiles, simpáticos y honestos. Está precioso es lugar.

La estancia fue buena, solo tuvimos inconveniente porque la regadera no funcionaba y nos la arreglaron hasta el día siguiente porque no había nadie en turno para hacerlo

No nos respetaron la reserva de parte de hoteles.c
Llegamos el jueves 20 de febrero por la tarde noche con el número de reservación confirmada por hoteles.com y al llegar al hotel hacienda flamencos en el puerto de san Blas Nayarit
Nos dijeron que con esa operadora no trabajaban y que allí no teníamos registrado ninguna reservación y que tenían todo lleno así que buscáramos otro hotel cerca
Para nosotros fue muy incómodo porque veníamos de más de 7 horas de camino
Que falta de atención en la calidad y respeto por nosotros

Un hotel antiguo pero muy agradable, el personal muy atento. Cuentan con desayuno incluido y es rico y abundante. La alberca es muy grande y cómoda, además de tener servicio hasta tarde y con agua caliente. Algunas habitaciones cuentan con frigobar y otras no, pero aún así cumplen su cometido ya que son comodas
