This Quality Inn San Bernardino was horrible. It has been the worst place that my family and I stayed in. This place should be closed down and remodeled. My room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room.

Run down hotel.
This hotel was completely run down, the room smelled like the people before smoked heavily, smelled highly of cigarettes and the room was non smoking. Didnt offer a different room. The locks did not work, the curtains were falling off the rod, the tiles were loose and broken in the bathroom, the shower rod was falling off the wall. The room had no hot water and the key card kept not working. We had to get our key rest 6 times and only stayed 2nights. Great location but horrible hotel to stay at.

Horrible weekend.
Honestly, that was a really horrible experience runs or dirty locks at the door broken customer service horrible they working on the hotel they they shouldn’t be open. All is walking around getting the all stuff they’re taking out from the rooms bathroom really bad no hot water. All TVs.
