All around good experience. It was as advertised. Great breakfast.

The manager and staff were kind but 'in absentia' during the morning when we and other guests had a few questions; no worries on that, but we cannot say the same about the neighborhood, makes us weep for the state of America with its roaming vagabonds and desolation, even near a supposed Mall and Embassy and church across from the Rodeway that, we noticed, is heavily fortified against intrusion in spite of its mission and history. Thank you.

Things weren’t that bad

No second chances It's only missing the steel toilet next to the bed.

Not a clean or friendly hotel Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this hotel since the beginning. I knew I was arriving later then check in time so I called a head that we were in our way but running late we still needed our rooms. The person who answer said it was fine and no problem. When we arrived the guy who was there told us our reservation was cancel and had no rooms. The changed his mind and said he had 1 room. I needed 3 non smoking rooms with two beds. He went again to change his mind that he had 3 room single bed in the smoking area. Well end up taking them since it was late and we were tired. Once we got our rooms blankets/ sheets were stained. Bathrooms were dirty. The refrigerator was old falling apart and rusted. Also in the morning it was leaking water. No breakfast or coffee at least since it advertise “free breakfast”. At no point the person that worked there never apologize for the inconvenience nor offered any changes. Very unfortunate, unsatisfactory, uncomfortable. I can say I won’t be coming back here. Ever!
