Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert - die Familie der Eigentümer arbeitet mit sehr viel Herzblut und Gastfreundlichkeit im Hotelbetrieb mit das Essen war sehr gut und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Wir werden wiederkommen

Siamo stati in questa struttura per una settimana in pensione completa, che dire, non riesco a trovare nessun difetto: le camere stupende e pulite ogni giorno nel minimo dettaglio, il mangiare buonissimo con contorni, insalate e dolci esposti in formula buffet, tutto il resto servito con una qualità altissima, personale di sala e reception gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi orario, infine la colazione con veramente tutto ciò che si può desiderare. Presenza di palestra piscina e giochi per bambini che coccolano la permanenza. Consiglio questo hotel su tutti i fronti.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso recentemente una decina di giorni presso questa magnifica struttura gestita in modo impeccabile dai proprietari e i propri collaboratori. Avevamo già soggiornato in passato in questo hotel ubicato in una bellissima e tranquilla posizione vicino al mare trovandoci molto bene. Tuttavia quest'anno abbiamo potuto constastare un evidente ulteriore miglioramento nella cura dei particolari e nell'attenzione verso le esigenze dei clienti. La struttura è molto organizzata e ospitale con un livello di ristorazione eccellente. La presenza della famiglia Carboni nella cura di ogni dettaglio è evidente e quest'anno la sig.ra Diana che non avevamo conosciuto precedentemente, ha contribuito ad aggiungere un ulteriore elemento di classe e signorilità. Un ringraziamento anche al sig. Fausto, Martina, Luca, Mirco e Serena. Impeccabile, come sempre, anche il servizio spiaggia privato gestito dal sig. Mario. Su consiglio di un amico abbiamo scelto l'Hotel Imperial, prenotando la vacanza per la prima volta nella zona di S.B. del Tronto. Esperienza perfetta, hotel molto bello a pochi minuti dal lungomare con accesso spiaggia sul lido convenzionato (ombrellone, lettino e sdraio riservati). Stanza nuova, sempre ben pulita dal personale di servizio. Una menzione particolare per lo staff del ristorante (piatti buonissimi) molto professionale e cordiale, in particolare nell'accontentare le richieste relative ai pasti di nostro figlio piccolo. Cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità anche in reception per qualsiasi esigenza o assistenza. Funziona molto bene anche l'animazione sia per grandi ma soprattutto per i bambini, che vengono intrattenuti in varie attività. Grazie davvero per l'accoglienza e per il servizio offerto. Veramente top!!!

Tutto perfetto. Pulizia, confort delle camere, professionalità del personale, completa e abbondante la colazione. Anche il ristorante è eccellente. Noleggio bici e parcheggio auto danno un punteggio maggiore a questo hotel.
