From day to day better
Because it was cold in the appartement and the heater was not very strong, the first day was not so comfortable. But the days got warmer and the appartement also. Summa summarum we had a comfortable stay in San Benedetto.

Piacevole soggiorno al mare
Bella struttura,
Distante a più di 3 km dal centro, ma per chi ama andare in bico non è un problema. Noi siamo stati in un periodo non estivo, quindi abbiamo trovato la zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio: Qualche accessorio in più per la cucina come presine e canovaccio sarebbero gradite come è bene provvedere a una disinfestazione di zanzare e formiche presenti sul pianerottolo che ahimè accedono all'interno dell'abitazione.

Brutta esperienza
Peccato per la struttura in cui siamo capitati, zona molto bella ma non si può dire lo stesso dell appartamento. Formiche in tutta la casa, tavoletta del wc rotta, quando si apre l’acqua del bidet fuoriesce tutta l’acqua dal pavimento e ti bagni tutti i piedi, porta della doccia staccata fuoriesce l’acqua, e puzza di fogna. (Il garage sporchissimo neanche una pulizia) Insomma un esperienza da non ripetere anche perché è caro per quello che ti offrono e siamo andati a settembre. Le foto che hanno sul sito evidentemente corrispondono a 10 anni fa quando è stata ristrutturata.

Una settimana di sole e relax
L'appartamento rispecchia esattamente la descrizione, moderno, pulito e con elettrodomestici al gran completo funzionanti.
L'assenza (nota) dell'ascensore (eravamo al secondo piano) non ha influito sulla percezione generale di una buona organizzazione e di un'attenzione alle esigenze. Bravi.
