Somos de probar hoteles y conocer nuevos alojamientos y nunca habíamos repetido hotel en vacaciones. Como ya habíamos ido al resto RIU probamos a ir a este. Un palace, pequeño, instalaciones más discretas y a priori peor… Pero es que la magia del hotel la hace la gente que allí trabaja. Es como una familia que te acoge y te hace tener ganas de volver. Desde la recepción, pasando por las camareras de piso, los camareros de los bares y por supuesto el comedor…. Todos educados, encantadores y haciéndote pasar la mejor estancia posible. Llevamos tres años seguidos en las mismas fechas y la mayoría de la gente repite año gran año. Todo por el trato recibido…. Un abrazo enorme a Vanesa y Fonqui, que nos hacen sentir, año tras año, como si estuviésemos en casa.

Lovely stay - early May 2025
Really lovely hotel, made event better by the staff. They were attentive, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very clean and modern pool area. Food was lovely with a wide choice at every meal.

Had a great stay at RIU Palmeras. Lovely room with attentive housekeeping. Stocked and included mini bar bar. Great food and service. Well kept pools and gardens. Centrally located with Yumbo centre and Playa Del Ingles beach both within 10min walk. Maspalomas beach 40-50 mins walk away, but Taxi rank right outside hotel also, which was really useful. Free Wi-Fi for the stay. Bar staff really attentive. No queuing - orders taken at your table. Would definitely return.
