I stayed for two nights in this hotel. The exterior, all in all, looks quite good, with lots of green space and a swimming pool, the restaurant was also good. However, my experience was deeply disappointing, as far as my room is concerned. I had booked a quadruple, (2 adults and 2 children), and the one assigned to me was absolutely not in line with the photos on the site. The room had damp stains, cobwebs, a step in front of the entrance door that made access uncomfortable, a tiny bathroom without a bidet, which did not exceed 2.5 square meters, and without any support for towels, the view of the room was something obscene and depressing, if you opened the Venetian blinds, (I even had difficulty opening them, considering that there was a table placed under the window and if you are 1.60 tall you cannot reach it) you found people looking at you even while you did your business in the bathroom or simply rested on the bed, and this forced us to keep everything closed using only artificial light. The room was 202/212. I am posting images that demonstrate the facts.

De kamer was aan de kleine kant, de douche kon je amper in komen en het hotel is erg gehorig. Elke dag werd wel het bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken neergelegd. Bedden lagen wel goed. Balkon is doorlopend en deel je met 3 andere kamers, zonder afscherming. Ontbijt was niks speciaals. Lunch hebben ze niet in het hotel. En diner moet je reserveren, a la carte of keuze uit bepaalde gerechten. Dit moest je van te voren aangeven bij het ontbijt. Het zwembad was fijn met warme dagen alleen was het zwembadwater ook lauw. Liggen is goed, Pisa en Florence is ongeveer 1 uur rijden.

Piscina top con idro massaggio, colazione ricchissima e proprietaria super gentile. La doccia un po’ strettina. Parcheggio custodito disponibile e colonnine di ricarica auto funzionanti. Raggiungibile in auto ben segnalato sulle mappe. L’ho adorato.

Camera carina, abbastanza pulita , ma piccolina, usufruito di una familiare in due non so come possano starci 4 persone! Letto veramente scomodo: materassi duri che si dividevano ad ogni movimento. Il bagno aveva dei punti veramente poco puliti. La cena senza lode e senza infamia, ma servita cordialmente da un simpatico ragazzo. Ottima la colazione.

Un bel hôtel mais lorsque vous passez à la caisse, une belle arnaque. Nous avions une box. 2 nuits dans cette hôtel avec petits déjeuners et dîners compris. On ne vous précise pas que le petit déjeuner doit être pris au bar et non au buffet!!! Résultat : 32 euros Tout est payant... même le parking de l'hôtel alors que vous êtes à la campagne. Résultat : 10 euros. Enfin, on vous facture des boissons que vous n'avez pas pris en mettant en doute votre honnêteté. Résultat : 7 euros Une véritable arnaque à touristes. Dommage car les chambres sont sympas et l'hôtel très calme. On y remettra pas les pieds.

Sono state poche, ma ricche ore di soggiorno trascorse al Monti. Abbiamo trascorso momenti del pomeriggio nell'attiguo e simpatico parco nel verde, l'ottima cena (anche abbondante), il pernottamento in silenziosa camera con tuti i confort. Dai tenui colori pastello delle pareti, all'igiene riscontrata, al gusto di come gli oggetti ed i suppellettili sono dislocati, compresi gli altri ambienti (salone ristorante in particolare). Personale di servizio educatissimo....e che dire poi della proprietaria, Sig.ra Daiana, che ha messo in evidenza quanto di più non si può per pazienza, gentilezza, disponibilità assoluta verso i clienti (in particolare i bambini). Manterremo la promessa di tornare in quell'oasi di relax.

Siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura familiare grazie ad un regalo. Ci ha subito sorpreso la chiarezza informativa dei titolari nello spiegarci quali fossero i servizi inclusi.
