This lovely little hotel run by fourth generation of the owners Rachele and her partner Stefano continue to update and innovate the hotel and restaurant despite the last few years of difficulty. It is a Tuscan gem set atop the hills above Lamporecchio with panoramic views across a huge valley where you can literally see for miles. With leafy terraces and the crown on top is their new covered terraced dining area set to take in the views at their best. Just above, the pinnacle of the hotel, is their swimming pool! Situated in the countryside there is easy access to Bologna, Florence and Pisa and many of the surrounding medieval towns such as Vinci, Sienna and Lucca just to mention a few. Spend a day or a week, there is lots to do in the area or just sit in the shade read a book and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and those views! It’s a little piece of Italian heaven!

Very nice view from the rooftop-restaurant and from the pool! We had a very good and delicious breakfast and the rooms were super clean! The staff was super nice and helpful and kid-friendly. Thank you for our stay, we will definitely come back!

We sat in the open air rooftop dinning room. A light breese, sunset on the horizon. The owners are both trained sommeliers and offered wonderful wines. I enjoyed a gnocchi dish. Light pillows of potato in a ballenced source. Then a tortallini with beef cheeks and a cheese foam. Delicious!!

Nice people, good food and wine + a fantastic view from both the restaurant and pool. Rachele and the staff go the extra mile to help you. Don’t miss this one - the placement highest in the small village are marvelous. One thing - if you have any trouble with going up and down stairs you might be challenged. Otherwise - give yourself a treat 🇮🇹☺️👍👌

The owner of the hotel, Rachel Han, is a wonderful host, she is also a wine degustator, so she can give very good advice on which wine should be served with which meal. Since we went on a tour, the rooms were distributed according to arrival. Unfortunately, we were given a room with a roof view, but the room right next to us had a beautiful view of the valley. The sheets and the room in general are very clean, but do not forget to take slippers with you. In Italy, they did not provide disposable slippers in any hotel. It may seem very poor for a person accustomed to Turkish breakfast, but it may be sufficient for an Italian breakfast. So you won't eat eggs or olives, but you won't be hungry.

A hotel with a beautiful location. View from the rooftop (restaurant) and a beautiful swimming pool one floor higher. There is ample parking in the side street (approx. 200 meters). Room is basic but excellent price/quality ratio. Good shower. Breakfast is more than sufficient and dinner is really very good. The hostess is very helpful and thinks along with the guest. Truly fantastic. Perfect base to discover Tuscany.

Very beautiful location, a beautiful house on top of a hill in Tuscany. The service was very kind. The room is simple but clean and everything works well. I recommend the restaurant, especially if it's not cold and you can stay at the top, with a stunning view.

The perfect place to celebrate your birthday by the pool. During these intensely hot days, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy breathtaking views. Bellavista is the PERFECT name! My partner who had never been to Tuscany before was extremely surprised by the location. Exceptional swimming pool, with a wide choice of sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff very friendly and qualified. Excellent food and impeccable service, all at an honest price! We will definitely come back and bring our friends.

We had guests arriving from various regions of Italy stay overnight at our wedding at Bellavista. What can I say, the owner Rachele was incredibly helpful and professional from the first moment we contacted her! She managed to meet our needs (from welcoming guests early even before the scheduled time until their departure). At the beginning we weren't sure how many nights our guests would stay (until a month before the wedding we obviously didn't know their intentions) but Rachele came to our aid without binding us to a minimum number of nights (some hotels in the area had asked to guarantee a minimum two-night stay), which is not at all a given given the period (July) and the constant presence of a large number of tourists. Well, the amenities were exceptional, our guests had a great time and were thrilled with everything (from the bar, to the restaurant, to the pool). What can I say, a highly recommended place, a heartfelt thank you to Rachele and all the Bellavista staff Alessandro and Letizia

Coming from Pistoia the hotel is located on the left of the road while on the right there are parking spaces where you can leave your car. A comfortable lift takes you to the reception and is warmly welcomed there by the owner. She makes a difference. Strengths: excellent cuisine, few well-prepared and well-presented dishes. Excellent raw materials and excellent wine list. The salted butter caramel tiramisu is also interesting. Prices in line with the quality. Accessing the terrace, climbing a few steps and you reach the swimming pool, very pretty with a beautiful view of the valley. Just below the swimming pool there is a small house that could be a summer bar and a covered terrace with tables which in the summer season becomes the open-air restaurant. Good breakfast with a nice choice of sweet and savory. The cakes are delicious. Our room was clean and quiet and the mattress was quite comfortable, the bathroom needs improvement. We just have to return to enjoy the hospitality of the hostess and the excellent cuisine of her partner again.

Courtesy, elegance, excellent quality of food. These are the main elements that distinguish this restaurant as well as a breathtaking panoramic view. Each dish is well presented, perfectly prepared, a pleasure for the eyes and palate, from starters to desserts, with a wide choice of wines. Perfect service, sublime dinner. We have stayed 8 nights and everything has been perfect. The staff, who are lovely and very helpful, facilities, food, etc. Everything very clean, good breakfast, all kinds of facilities. It does not have a parking lot, but there is no problem parking in the surrounding area. Without a doubt, if we return, we would choose the same hotel.

When choosing a location for outings or short or long holiday stays, great attention must be paid to the services offered and what our expectations are. Here, here we have found everything you could want for a stay dedicated to pure relaxation. The silence, the education, the pampering from all the staff (especially Rachele), the cuisine, the local flavors and smells, the order and cleanliness, all seasoned with a panorama that is good for the eyes and to the heart. If you want to get away from everything and everyone THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE! What we experienced far exceeded expectations. Thank you with all my heart. Giusi F.
