This property is exempt close to the airport and is very helpful for business travel flying in to SAT. The WiFi is strong and stable and the desk allows for maximum productivity. I had a late flight and checked in after hours and Blanca took the time to greet me warmly and acknowledge me as an Elite member. The little details matter and this clean and safe property knocks it out the park!

The hotel is only a short way from the San Antonio airport by bus or taxi. Staff were great and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. Room was very comfortable although the ergonomics were a bit odd with the television at right angles to the bed! Other than, we had no issues with our stay. Most restaurants are within a 20 minute walk including a seafood, steakhouse, and a Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately, we were not able to avail ourselves of the complimentary breakfast due to our very early flight. Would definitely stay here again if I need to be near San Antonio airport.

This is probably the best best western I’ve seen in a long time. Very nice very clean freshly renovated excellent price right on the highway very secure highly recommend. The staff was amazing the grounds looked great very well-maintained.

Overall my experience here had always been ok until this last time I went and someone called the cops saying I was roaming around with 2 guys when I was with my partner who looks like a make but us actually a female and her friend! so to have the cops banging at the door waking us up isn't the greatest feeling so I more than likely don't be staying here ever again!!

I am giving just 3* instead of 5* because of our problem checking in. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns & never had a problem finding our room. However this Hotel is an exception. Upon check-in we were told our room was # 315. The clerk said to get there drive your car to level C & then take the elevator to level 3. O.K. We park at level C, get our bags & proceed along a walkway to an outside door that goes into the hotel. As we approach the door it is opened by someone going out so we do not need to use our room scan card to open it. We find the room which was on the same level & try to open the door. Nothing worked. We call the front desk & the clerk says that she will bring us another card. We wait & wait & wait. Call the desk again. The clerk says where are you?. We say outside of #315. You were not there says the clerk. What ! Are we invisible? Anyway after much talk we & the clerk finally realize that we are in the WRONG Hotel. Yes,, the Drury Hotel shares the same parking garage & we are in the Drury.. We exit the Drury into the same parking garage & see another door around the corner. This one does lead to the Holiday Inn. After 30 min we are in our room. What a bunch of crap. On it's good side, we did have a full Hot Breakfast. Nice but small pool.

I consider myself a HH client. When I arrived everything was PERFECT. A Homewood suites “old fashion”. Attention 10 breakfast of 10. Service of 10. Till q when I arrived on day 2 we realized q air conditioning was not served. I spoke to “Antonio” from the front desk. A TOTAL teenager. (I felt how at home, 🤣🤣. To deal with a teenager I would have stayed at home) I asked q someone would help me and answered q if I wanted to ask for external maintenance was my thing. We spent an INFERNAL night for the heat. The hotel would not take care of air. And q there was no room available. The next day they arranged it. Day 3 room without service. If you were, as you read, no one cleaned the room because when I entered the house keeping decided not to do the room. And so.... the HEALADA hostel. The jacuzzi doesn't work. I will finally cancel my next visits (I have planned several in the next months ) to this hotel.
