As an avid traveler, I've noticed significant changes in the hospitality industry, with much of the service becoming less personal and thoughtful. However, everything about my experience at Hotel Emma was the opposite—completely thoughtful and intentional. From the moment we arrived at valet and were guided on how to walk to our dinner reservations, to the seamless check-in process, every detail was handled with care. The website doesn't fully capture how stunning the space is, and the exceptional service makes it even more beautiful.

I've stayed in many luxury hotels. All were lovely, but The Emma's staff stood above all the rest! I can't wait to come back.

The Hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service was flawless from everyone I interacted with. Not sure who the hiring/training manager is, but good job hiring amazing people. I don't leave reviews unless a place stands out, and Hotel Emma is at the top of my list.

We love the Pearl District. Hotel Emma is one of our favorite hotels. Great ambiance, craftsmanship, service and food. The room is beautiful & the bed is very comfortable; but we were unable to go back to sleep once the noise from construction nearby began at 7 AM. This is our first stay that this has happened at Hotel Emma. I still highly recommend it. Their restaurants are amazing.

This is our first time staying at the Hotel Emma and it is absolutely wonderful. The staff and the service they provide is second to none. From the moment we arrived, Nicholas took great care of us, took care of our bags and escorted us to the front desk. Every time he sees us he calls us by name and is always happy, polite and helpful. The first morning he gave us breakfast recommendations and hit a home run. Next we met Nanette at the front desk and again, happy, helpful and so kind. She walked us to the elevators after check in. If we ask her where anything is, instead of telling us, she walks us to where we are trying to go. Lastly, we had coffee delivered to the room and Luis might be the nicest person on the planet. He delivered our coffee, poured our first cups and we had a great conversation with him. On top of all of the incredible people who work here, I can tell you that if you call for something, the entire staff makes you feel as if you are the only people staying here and are amazingly fast to take care of any request.

We stayed for a wedding. The library welcome drinks, pool, and in room coffee were all amazing. Bathroom was beautiful. Soaps were so great. We’re not 5 star $400 a night people. But if you do go there, it’s a must do!!!
