Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The hotel and surrounding property are really great. Rates are reasonable as well and the food was pretty good too. If you are going to San Antonio, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and I can't wait to return! Saturday was spent touring the open market, walking the River Walk, cocktails and dinner back at the hotel. Dinner at Supper was AWESOME! Sunday was spent viewing the Phil Collins' Alamo memorabilia exhibit and the Alamo.

We had a wonderful time here at Hotel Emma. From the moment we arrived to our departure, we felt pampered and taken care of. Make sure to spend time exploring the hotel space--it was fascinating! Overall, the staff, room, and amenities were fantastic (loved the Guayarobes!!)! We already miss our time there but will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful property. Exceptional customer service, two in particular stood out to us; Luis in room service and valet supervisor, Alejandro who took the time to give us a tour of the hotel and its history. Great restaurants, bar was fun. Love the location too. It sits on the grounds of what was the Pearl brewery. Great boutique shopping, all you can ask for. We’ll definitely return!

The entire experience was perfect. Friendly and attentive service, the library is fantastic and convient location to downtown and mid city. Many areas to walk to restaurant and the weekend flea market. Riverwalk for a relaxing and peaceful stroll.

Absolutely top notch experience. This was our 2nd stay at the Emma. Super friendly staff. Great service. Love their decore and style. The library is a perfect comfortable place for a cocktail. Quiet rooms. Food is perfect. Free coffee to top things off. What else can you ask for?

Wish we had longer to stay. Dinner at Supper was excellent and our waitress, Shin, was amazing. The shower was hard to turn and not as warm as I would like but the water pressure was amazing. Would like to have seen different items on the breakfast menu though such as waffles and regular pancakes.

Loved hotel and staff. Very unique experience with great food all around. I will for sure return. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy or in need of anything. The room is very nice. A must try is the Emma drink and read its story
