When I can into the lobby there was no one at the front desk. Same when I came back on from dinner. Weird. The room is a little beat up and the bathroom was not well cleaned. Having to pay for parking on an open air lot with plenty of spaces is a joke. Not impressed.

Sandra was very nice at the bar. Nice, quiet place to grab a drink. Clean place with clean restrooms. They only stay open until 10 though.

I recently stayed here on a work trip, and overall it was an okay experience. When we arrived, the elevators were out of service due to someone being stuck inside, and unfortunately, our room keys weren’t working either. This meant we had to carry our luggage up the stairs and be manually let into our rooms. Despite the rocky start, the staff really stood out. Ellen at the front desk remained calm and incredibly helpful throughout the chaos, which we truly appreciated. Later, we visited the bar and were warmly welcomed by Sandra and Patricia, who were just as friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean and comfortable enough for the short stay. While there were a few hiccups, the excellent service from the staff helped balance things out.

The best part of my stay was Sandra at the bar. Very personable, great conversation and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Although bar lacks a wine selection, Sandra did try to accommodate what I was looking for. The hotel itself is in need major overhaul. The rooms need updating or a real deep scrub. Only one elevator is working, but overall it wasn’t a long wait for one.
