Don’t go to the hotel if you want a good experience!!! I had to call the police to get my refund back from the cheap manager who screams all over the hotel! Day one, he was screaming at his staff! I feel so sorry for the woman of housekeeping ! She said it was a daily occurrence. I brought my daughter to go to SeaWorld and I have a great time, however, this despicable owner who is so upset that is motel has no occupancy is taking it out on everyone around him. On the day, after our first night, heading off to SeaWorld, this owner was screaming at the resident next-door to us. Well, we got home from SeaWorld, I took my towels down to be replenished and he took them the next morning. We were leaving he said you don’t get your deposit back. Your towels are dirtypsycho. I am ready awards member. I only stay at these properties because they’re pet friendly. However, I will never stay Psycho. I am ready awards member. When I came down to check out, he said you’re not getting your bag because of the dirty towel. I told him that’s what tide and bleaches for these things. Take consideration when you invest in a hotel when I also came down, he was screaming at his wife Awful purely awful. Please confirmed don’t stay in Northeast downtown RED ROOF Luckily, I’m from Texas. I have family in San Antonio. I know the area. I found another RED ROOF San Antonio airport. It was like night and day! Very pleasant and enjoyed our last day atRED ROOF inn San Antonio airport. We went to Northstar Mall, which is 1 mile away from the RED ROOF Inn San Antonio airport. I wish I had known before.

I notified I was arriving to the hotel aferre 10 pm, I even called multiple times with no answer.
I arrived and it was closed
The area looks terrible, very unsafe
I do not recommend this place at all

Paid for nothing
I never stayed there. I tried to cancel because I had an emergency. They wouldn't even reset for another day. They charged me for nothing .I will never stay there because of how bad they treated me when I was just having the worst week ever

Don't. Stay here!
Tub/shower was disgusting. Did not use. Security lock on door was broken off. Bed side lights had no bulbs so we're useless. BUGS.

No Towels!!
I usually don't leave reviews, but it's important for other people to not be deceived by the pictures. Room looks almost nothing like the pictures. They only had a couple of the hand towels and the foot mat. No phone to call reception. I called from my cell to ask for towels and they said they only clean and put towels on Wednesday so they couldn't help me. I was upset because we were two people in the room and no towels so they agreed to give me towels if I went because they didn't have anyone to take them. I picked them up but only got one. I had to go buy towels for my two day stay. Sheets were clean but not the comforter which had stains. Room seemed recently remodeled but there were holes on the walls which were only patched not painted.

There is nothing I can say was good. Orbitz is in collusion with these horrible hotel rental hotels, by false rating these unsafe properties. #boycottOrbitz
