I always enjoy my stay at the Hyatt Place Quarry. It's a great location. The rooms were well kept even though this location is about to undergo a year long renovation in a week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a Starbucks coffee before we got on the road to travel home.

Worked well for a short stay. A few things like AC not getting very cool. Mini fridge not functioning. No microwave in room. Other than that. Location, breakfast, and value worth the money. Would book again.

I took my granddaughter to San Antonio to show her where I grew up and to visit the Alamo. So we drove around a lot. I found the location of the Hyatt very convenient for going both downtown or the suburbs. It's close to shopping as well. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The only drawback to the hotel was that noises from other guests filters through the walls rather easily. It never kept us awake but it was uncomfortable sometimes.

Hotel is nice and clean. Although still has the AC that is not controlled by thermostat on the wall. The temperature on the AC read 60 degrees but it still felt hot. Would not go any lower. I think they are all controlled at the same temperature in a central area of the hotel.

This was my 1st time using the Hyatt chain but it will most definitely not be my last. My room was very up to par (no microwaves though). There was plenty of space, the room was very clean. The breakfast selection was better than expected. Checking in/out process was easy.

One of the best stays I've had in quite a while. Clean hotel, good breakfast, kind and courteous staff. Location is great too. Will definitely be staying there when visiting San Antonio. We used the free shuttle service to the airport as well.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, however the inside hallways are dark and smell old. The hallways are like what you see in movies of sleazy motels. The mattresses are old and yellow and the bottoms were shredded out and hanging down. The pool is nice. The breakfast area has seating for a very small number of people it wasn’t a good time. I would expect for a property under the Hyatt brand would be in better condition. You pay a premium price here and get a nice lobby but the rooms are not good.

Very nice Hyatt property. We took grandchildren to Sea World, museums and Alamo. Hotel is very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast area very clean and food choices were great for all. We have stayed at different properties in past 3 months. Both were great!

airport shuttle + quarry shuttle is not available every day even though it is listed on the website as a feature. hotel to quarry market is not safely walkable. ended up needing to get my own transportation to the quarry several times because the hotel only staffs one shuttle driver.
