We came for family vacation to explore San Antonio but my granddaughters decided to stay and enjoy the pool since it was extremely hot. Inside the room perfect temperature and spacious, no problem with WiFi. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommended.

A very pleasant experience!! The staff was very attentive and explained all amenities in detail. Lobby and hallways are very clean and neat. The room was excellent! Everything worked and it was very clean. It is obvious that the housecleaning staff take pride in their work. The highlight is the pool. Though small, it is well maintained and even has a handicap lift!!!! Location is excellent with almost every retail and restaurant experience one would choose within about a ten minute drive. Great place!! We were here for an aunt's funeral and having a comfortable place to recooperate at was vital. This hotel definitely made our visit back home much more easy.

If you are visiting BEAUTIFUL San Antonio, TX; and want a friendly, clean, well located hotel. THIS IS YOUR CHOICE!!! If it was possible to give more stars, I WOULD GIVE IT AT LEAST 10. The staff was just wonderfull; breakfast was GREAT; i slept like a baby, amenities are SUPERB... We just LOVED IT. Definitely a YES. Highly recomended.

Not terrible
The staff was polite and helpful. Had a couple issues I had experienced. There was a weird hair on the top of the toilet reservoir and the entire hotel lobby and hallways were very warm. I offered for them to consider solar energy to save money and turn down the AC a notch!
