Red Roof Inn San Antonio - Seaworld/ Northwest

I cancelled my reservation because they were doing remodeling all over and it was missing up for the construction work

this hotel is terrible we got there it was hot in room the air conditioning barely worked our coffee maker had mold in it and she said they’ll bring us a new one the next day and never did the staff were pretty rude and there cards are always having malfunctions and there pool was dirty and it smelt terrible in the room DO NOT BOOK HERE. go somewhere else trust me you will regret booking here

Prepare to be robbed by motel staff and lied to, and it's a fire trap. I paid for 4 nights. After the first night, the maid came in, cleaned, and all of my belongings disappeared. They lied and said no one went into the room, then told cops it was just a mistake. I never got reimbursed. Hardly any can speak English. Very shady. Dirty/stained inside. Deadbolt broken. No batteries in smoke detector and they made it impossible to access fire extinguishers in the hallways. No inspection sticker on elevator. They advertise a free breakfast, but there is none. Not even coffee. A death trap.

There Was blood on covers , nasty funky smelling place 0/10 do not reccomend….Mold on the walls…Very Triflin DO NOT BOOK

Very dirty the bathrooms were dirty sinks broken and no breakfast as advertised on line. Halls smelled like **** and smoke just horrible and asked for fresh towels and was told there were no more
