Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown NE

I only stayed for 1 night my only issue was the person next to me. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it was clean.

Great location

Our stay was the worst. We booked our room online with a good price for 2 nights. Then we get there to check in, and then the dam front desk hits us with we had to put a 100 dollar deposit. So we get to our room and it looks nice but then we find out there is no hot water to shower. Then the dam door handle breaks off on our main room door. We go and inform the office to just say ok I put it back and to just do it light and not to be rough with the handle. So then I went to open the door again for it to fall right back off again. My husband then went back to the front desk to tell him to get us another room. He did. But then that rooms ac did not work. We slept in the hot ass room until we couldn't anymore. We checked out at 5:30 in the morning this morning. That's just ridiculous. Omfg. That was the worst experience stay ever. .never again will we stay there again.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at! I was there this weekend for comic con in San Antonio and our room was INFESTED with BED BUGS! the staff is no help, rude, and told me to stop calling and trying to get ahold of the manager. They also denied my refund. I'm COVERED in bites, even on my face, and the beds we slept in the sheets hasn't been changed before we checked in so we slept on dirty beds. I HAVE PICS AND VIDEO PROOF!!!!! I called corporate and lodged a complaint!!!!

Mold issues in bathroom and smells very bad, I reported the issue to the staff but they never switch me to another room, the room seems very old in very poor conditions.

Clean room but I paid for my room when I made the reservation, but I want told until I physically checked in that I had to made a $100 deposit (which I’m told will be refunded). It would’ve been nice to know about the deposit before hand. The hotel also advertises a continental breakfast which I assumed would be in the dining area. No one tells you that you have to ask at the desk where they provide a sack breakfast containing yogurt, a granola bar and an apple.

The bathroom door had a hole in it and wouldn’t lock as jam was busted, the front door lock mechanism was slightly off , the elevator and lobby stunk , they don’t have continental breakfast. They give you a bag with an apple a yogurt and a granola bar, the location is close to downtown and most attractions . But far from gas stations our window wouldn’t close completely.
