Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown NE

I only stayed for 1 night my only issue was the person next to me. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel but it was clean.

Our stay was the worst. We booked our room online with a good price for 2 nights. Then we get there to check in, and then the dam front desk hits us with we had to put a 100 dollar deposit. So we get to our room and it looks nice but then we find out there is no hot water to shower. Then the dam door handle breaks off on our main room door. We go and inform the office to just say ok I put it back and to just do it light and not to be rough with the handle. So then I went to open the door again for it to fall right back off again. My husband then went back to the front desk to tell him to get us another room. He did. But then that rooms ac did not work. We slept in the hot ass room until we couldn't anymore. We checked out at 5:30 in the morning this morning. That's just ridiculous. Omfg. That was the worst experience stay ever. .never again will we stay there again.

For the price, this was a great property. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and maintained. Close proximity to Ft. Benning. Would definitely stay here again if in San Antonio.

The rug itself was sticky in my room. The wall had damage on it, but the bed was well made and clean. The facilities were well maintained, however the caulk on the corners of the shower in the walls were missing. I didn't mind the elevator not working, but it was difficult walking up and down two flights of stairs alone with a 2 year old and several bags.
