Hotel was great, room was spotless and well appointed. Restaurant was "ok" but not much of a selection for food choices. Bar was very good, drinks were spot on and bartender was attentive. I would recommend the hotel, but would suggest going somewhere else for dinner.

Had a overall good experience, although I did request the Riverwalk view from my room. I was disappointed that I could hardly see the Riverwalk at all, I saw buildings more than anything. That would be the only thing I disliked about my stay.

Really like this hotel because is at the Riverwalk and staff there is really nice and friendly.

I attended a business meeting housed at Hotel Valencia. The hotel comforts and personnel were stellar. The hotel restaurant food was scrumptious and reasonably priced. I will schedule another hotel stay with Hotel Valencia as it is center to the Riverwalk close to many restaurants and city highlights.

I can't say enough about this hotel. I will 100% be back. Great location, on the riverwalk (but not the noisy part) nice rooms, nice decor. Very traditional spanish style feel with modern immenties. The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly from the moment we got there. The valet was super helpful. (even though I told him I wouldnt be valet parking) Ms. Garza and everyone I interacted with at the front desk, the bartenders, the guy in the coffee shop, and the waitress' in the resturaunt. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did not encouter a rude or dismissive person once. I wish I would have wrote down everyones name! A large group of our family came into the city to visit. The place was so great we ended up scratching our plans to go out and spent the evening at the hotel bar and resturaunt instead.

The staff in all areas was very professional and welcoming They truly make you feel at home. I experience the same at the restaurant and bar. Food was very good and the drinks at the bar were very good. My room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable
