This was the worst experience i have ever had. I booked through the site they charged $126. I showed up at the property and they had the reservation but said no payment was made. So, we had to pay $112+$20 deposit for econo Lodge, I have sent the receipt from Econo Lodge showing how much I've already paid to econo Lodge, but Trip.Com won't give me my refund. This has been going on for 3 days. When I call Trip.Com they say my claim is expedited and I will get a call in an hour, which never happens. I will never use Trip.Com again. Customer service sucks, they just give me the run around this is the worst site ever, DO NOT USE THEM! Worst site ever to
get a refund and neither TRIP.com OR Econo Lodge will refund the money. I have talked to Trip.Com and I semt the receipt from my refund niy yhru

The clerk at the desk was very rude and abrupt. Wanted me to give him 50.00 in cash for deposit. I did not. I gave him a credit card. He wanted me to go to the ATM and get cash. I did not. Will never stay here again

Visiting from out of town and came across this place. Was not allowed any visitors during my stay, they have someone at front door (only entrance and exit) screening. Had to pay $20 cash for a friend to visit. 30 min before checkout they are already loud and banging on all doors. Told them to charge another day, was tired and resting, came back 20 min later making me go sign for another night again, interrupting my sleep once again!!! Horrible Customer service!!

Towels were grayish, bed sheets stained, had to ask for toilet paper, didn’t bother to refill anything. Reserved for 4 people, only placed 2 bath towels. Guessing it was owner or family but had me wait to be assisted while he was on a personal call. Literally had a sign on the counter stating “back in 5 minutes” yet he was sitting right there behind the counter.

Do not stay at Econo lodge
I experienced the worst visit ever at Econolodge. I ordered a king sized bed and received a full size bed attached to a king size headboard and was told that there was nothing that could be done. Even though my bed was way smaller than what I paid for. My TV didn’t work. The room also had roaches. The staff was also rude and unhelpful. I also included pictures to show my experience.

NEVER AGAIN!!
The lobby and hallways reeked of ****, despite a nonsmoking policy. Our room smelled like a boys locker room. The bedding was dirty and had a dead roach. We are sure there was blood throughout the room. The shower curtain was held up with zip ties. Wholes in the walls and overall not well maintained. The walls are paper thin so when other guests were talking it sounded as if they were in our room. We do not recommended this location to anyone.

Stay anyplace else. Even sleep under a bush.
The cleaned this property up enough to become an Econo Lodge and never looked back. The staff is terrible. The property has ONE door and three stories of rooms. The rear door is bolted shut. Furniture in the room was old, worn and broken. Window sealed shut. Microwave broken. "Hot" water just above cold. Barely enough pressure to shower. Old thin towels. Hot & cold reversed in the sink. Policies at the property DO NOT match what is written here on Hotels. They are not pet friendly and charged me a higher deposit for my service animal which is illegal but I was trapped.
