Don't stay here. Premium room is basic. No window to room, just glass door, so if you want light you get people looking in. So dark room. No pole in closet. Says robes, no robes. Have to get on your knees to look in small fridge. No microwave. The website makes it look fancy. It ain't.

Kenya was awesome Always helping when needed. Very impressed with the overall care everyone gave to us. We stayed about 2 months and it has been good. Had issues that were immediately resolved by management which is always a good sign. Handled things!

Our business related stay at ESTANCIA DEL NORTE was nothing less than exceptional. The staff were friendly, efficient, and hospitable. For example, Joie was one of the hostess who attended to our party of more than ten (10) colleagues and she was delightful to deal with and waited on everyone quickly and with a great attitude. Thank you for making our stay during the Final Four and Valero Texas Open a memorable one!

The hotel was nice and welcoming, especially given that there was a mixup. Cam and Brooke were very welcoming and kind. They were very attentive and friendly. The loaded corn was delicious.I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Really enjoyed the service.

We decided to book this hotel for our son’s BMT graduation from reviews. At first there was a mixup with the room but immediately we were accommodated with the room that we were expecting. The live music at Paseo Bar was great and the service by Cam and Brooke was fantastic. They were warm and welcoming and made sure that we were well taken care of.

Had a wonderful time and rest at the hotel. The whole staff from the driver Javier to the front desk and restaurant was wonderful! Also their restaurant food is delicious. Dani was our waitress she was awesome, friendly and so attentive! The gym was nice as well very clean.
