The hotel is sufficient, and the employees were professional and friendly. However, the hotel has recently started charging for parking. For two days we paid an additional $28. And it's not necessarily the money; it's just a plain old money grab. I would prefer that they hide the extra charge in the hotel room. It's one thing to charge extra, but you have to scan a QR code and pay an outside entity for the parking. I'm guessing so when your car is burglarized, they can just pass the buck. Even one of their employees agreed that the charge was just ridiculous.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Embassy Suites location, particularly in comparison to the quality I've experienced at other Embassy Suites properties. At breakfast, I noticed flies inside the pastry case and around the bread area—an issue that was never addressed by staff. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Our room also had bugs in the towels and bathroom, which was unsettling and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I witnessed the manager, Sal, speak rudely to a guest in what should have been a private conversation. This kind of unprofessional behavior was completely inappropriate. The only positive experience was with the chefs preparing the omelets—they were kind, professional, and clearly cared about their work. I truly wish I could offer a more positive review, but this stay fell far below expectations.

Do not stay here. Plenty of options near the airport. Waited till 5pm for a a room. Front desk didn’t even check to see if rooms were available when I asked around 1pm

After getting to the hotel Tony was the greatest he provided us a ride from the hotel to Walmart and waited for us to get water and lickies and chewies to have in our room…what a fantastic guy and great attitude… also the staff here are very nice and friendly and go above and beyond when it comes to their guest.

My wife and I love this hotel. Romeo at the front desk could not be more helpful and awesome. He bends over backwards to try to accommodate us every time we stay there and we stay there several times a year. In fact we are Hilton Honors Diamond members. My only reason I am negative on this hotel is because they want you to pay for parking. They just started this in the last year and I find it distasteful.

In pictures the hotel looked bigger. There were noisy people yelling inside hotel at 11pm-12am, manager or staff did not tell them anything. Plus I felt unsafe due to two men yelling down from the balcony in hotel. Area where hotel was located also felt unsafe.
