Residence Inn San Antonio Six Flags® at the Rim

Great hotel for the price. Everything we needed and in a great location that was close to many restaurants. The breakfast wasn’t that bad either. The only thing I didn’t care much for was the bed and pillows. The bed was pretty firm and the pillows were extremely soft. Other than that it was a great experience and would most definitely stay there again.

Our experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Six Flags at The Rim was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt well cared for and warmly welcomed—even when a small issue came up with our reservation. The front desk staff responded quickly, kindly, and professionally to resolve the situation and made sure everything was in place for us to enjoy a worry-free stay. We’d like to give a very special thank you to Jorge, Andrea, and their supervisor Celica, who showed exceptional dedication and empathy. They treated us with warmth and patience, and it was clear they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. We also want to highlight the outstanding work of Ivet, our housekeeper, who was incredibly kind and attentive. She always left our room spotless, tidy, and with a fresh, welcoming atmosphere—something we truly appreciated throughout our stay. The breakfast staff was equally excellent. Although we didn’t get their names, we noticed and appreciated their friendliness and consistent effort to keep everything clean, organized, and well-stocked every morning. Thanks to them, we started each day with a complete and pleasant breakfast. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a full day of activities. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great addition to the overall experience. Beyond the facilities, what truly made this stay special was the attention and care from the staff. They made us feel at home—something that’s increasingly rare these days. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Antonio.

Front desk employee, Andrea, was extremely welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back!

Super friendly and helpful staff! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! Really good A/C we love our room super cold and they did not disappoint.

Celica and Jaine were very helpful and answered every question i had and explained everything to me and i recommend staying here to anyone wanting to travel to San Antonio because of them. Now the Pm person that worked last night and Saturday night needs an attitude check.

We travel often due to vacation and sports as a family. This has been one of our best experiences all around. The suites are perfect if you’re staying a few days. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and amenities are great for families.But most importantly, the staff is amazing. Everyone including the front desk staff, cleaning staff, food staff, and maintenance were warm, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Andrea, Jaine, Marissa and Margo.
