Parfait, toujours une personne à l'accueil, le personnel est très sympathique et disponible, la chambre est suffisamment grande, la propreté rien à dire, le petit déjeuner très copieux. Seul dommage, pas de parking, mais en semaine il est possible de stationner gratuitement pas trop loin.

Centrally located (between Palamós and Sant Antoni de Calonge), a great hotel with a good breakfast and powerful air conditioning. This 2-star hotel is located 100 meters from the beach and almost on the border of Palamós and Sant Antoni de Calonge. Both towns are a 15-minute walk away. A large supermarket is a 6-minute walk away. Conveniently, there's a small refrigerator in the room. It's also best to leave your car in this area, as paid parking is available everywhere. We stayed 4 nights and had a balcony with seating, powerful air conditioning, and a bathroom with a good shower. Furthermore, the decor is modern, judging by the style (this has been changed quite recently throughout the restaurant). The entire hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly, including sweet housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly extensive, and you can also enjoy it outside on the terrace, under the awning, with large plants and nice cushions. The only downside to our room (307) was that it was very close to another complex, so you wouldn't want to sit on the balcony, and there was indeed some traffic noise on the main road. Otherwise, it was fine. Reading the reviews, it seems a lot has changed since then. But: a great hotel, good value for money.

Horrible customer service. These people only care about the financial aspect and fail to understand that it's important for customers to be happy enough to share their opinion. I will never visit this hotel again, nor can I recommend it to anyone I know who visits Sant Antoni de Calonge.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. Hicimos una reserva y la pagamos al momento de hacerla, pero solo pasaron tres minutos antes de que llamáramos para cancelarla debido a un error: nos dimos cuenta de que no aceptaban perros, lo cual era un problema para nosotros. En lugar de mostrar empatía y comprensión hacia nuestra situación, el hotel se negó a devolvernos el dinero quedandose con el dinero y con la habitación. Esta falta de flexibilidad y consideración hacia sus clientes es realmente inaceptable. La actitud del hotel demuestra una falta de profesionalismo y una total falta de vista comercial. No puedo evitar sentirme estafada y decepcionada por la forma en que manejaron nuestra situación. Definitivamente no recomendaría este hotel a nadie, ya que claramente valoran más el dinero que la satisfacción del cliente.

Super Hotel, très bon accueil, merci pour toutes les recommandations et les conseils pour se déplacer à Palamós. Les chambres sont propres bien agencées , les matelas sont biens . Une baignoire et des produits de douches. Très accessible, se situe à Sant Antoni, juste collé à Palamós. À deux pas de la plage et du passage maritime qui longe la côte .
