If I could give zero stars I would! We stayed here on a trip to San Antonio for the stock show. I would have left immediately except we had kids that didn't have any extra to move to another hotel. It took everything I had in me to get thru the week and not spend my entire paycheck buying rooms for the entire group! One parent did check out after going into the room, and they wouldn't refund her money. This place was disgusting. We all opted to stay in our vehicles two nights in line with pigs because it was safer and cleaner! Livestock barns were cleaner than this hotel room y'all. Barns with 1000 pigs in them were cleaner... let that soak in for a minute! The floor hadn't been mopped or swept in who knows how long, there was mold on the shower, the toilet didn't flush the paper down, we used a hanger to push the paper into the water to flush. No towels in the room. No pillow cases just gross pillows. Cigarette burns on the sheets. The room smelled so bad I went to Cracker Barrel and bought an air freshener to go on the ac/ heater unit to make the room smell better. The ac barely worked. One towel for two people. They did give us a few more and they were horrible. Went to Walmart and bought towels, wash cloths, etc. the refrigerator and microwave smelled horrible and didn't work. All 4 rooms were like this or worse!!! **********s in and out of rooms and propositioning our group. Drug deals going on outside my door. Homeless all around. Which most are probably harmless. I was so scared I wouldn't go out to my vehicle to drive to cvs after dark for necessities. I door dashed a $5 item and paid over $20 because I was scared to walk outside. I wouldn't let the kids (teens) out of their rooms while there unless we were all together. I literally slept with my pistol on the nightstand. While the lady at the front desk was nice enough to bring me a roll of toilet paper when I told her I didn't feel safe to come to the office, this shouldn't be a problem!!! Oh and for an entire week stay you got one roll of toilet paper and the room was never cleaned. Not once! Do yourself a favor and especially if you have a family and don't stay here. Unless you're into drugs and ************ and dirty rooms then this is your place!

I stayed one night at this motel in August 2019. There is plenty of off road parking and building appears clean and orderly. The front desk person was very helpful. The room appeared clean. Everything that was in the room was functional . The air conditioner worked very well. However, there was no hairdryer or shampoo and conditioner. Just 2 bars of soap and 2 packets of makeup remover. There was a sign saying that they would provide items that ”you forgot”. Price was very reasonable. I think it was about $65.00 for a king room. One thing is that the walls are very thin and you can hear if a baby is crying several rooms down You can also hear your neighbors talking next door. The room came with microwave, small refrigerator, iron and ironing board.

Room was clean. No coffee in the hotel lobby :( Good AC clean towels. Very close to attractions. Took a bit to get extra pillows. Loved the guy that checked us in.. Asked for a bottom floor due to our age, he handed us the key and said 5th floor no elevator. :) They only have 2 .. HAHA Thanks for the laugh! All in all a good experience.

I enjoyed the clean room and the field next to the hotel as I was traveling with my dogs. My complaint is with the staff early the next morning when I wanted a receipt. The guest in line asked for a receipt in a rude manner. I waited in turn for to ask for one as well. When I did, the older gentleman at the window, seem to not want to give me one and was just plain rude about the request. In the end, we he finally gave me a receipt, he actually said, ”Leave.” Yes, ”Leave”. And then he nodded his head toward the door. I had not been rude to him nor deserved that treatment at all. He might have been angry that two guests were up so early and needed his services.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The manager Jim should not be a manager at all and needs to take some classes in customer service and hospitality. He was rude and arrogant. When checking in he wasnt personal or welcoming at all. I looked into the normal lobby from the night registration entry and it looks like a frat house; there is stuff EVERYWHERE. I really wish I would have gone with my gut and turned around and left based on my check in experience alone; but wait it gets even better. The only thing this ”manager” asked me was cash or card? During the whole check in and treated me as if I were a child and he was my teacher about wearing masks around the property. They have a zero tolerance policy which I have no problem with. But he was threatening and belittling. After that unpleasant experience we started to move into our room. There are no baggage carts and there are a lot of sketchy people that sit outside and in the hallways. Around 11 pm is when I started to hear all the screaming and yelling. All night long kids were running down the hallways, people were yelling, AND IT NEVER STOPPED. At 5 am we heard children screaming and crying and called the front desk worried there was some kind of danger to those children. The lady at the front desk just said she handled it. Not apologetic or anything. After 2 hours of sleep all night, I went out early to let my dogs out to go potty and do their thing. This Jim guy saw me and I said hello. He immediately wanted to know my room number so I gave it to him. He stated I didnt tell him about my dogs when he asked. I informed him he never asked me about pets and I assumed (my bad) that they were free since Motel 6's are known for being pet friendly. He basically told me I was a liar and gave me a stearn look and walked away. After speaking to him I went outside and found out my card didnt work to get back in. He turned my cards off so I couldnt get in the building all because I had 2 dogs he NEVER asked me about. Overall, do not stay here. It was very unpleasant, stinks, and all the staff is rude and know nothing about hospitality. The walls are thin so you can hear everything and the AC units do not work. You can tell the owner does not give a crap and will continue to make money off junkies or party animals I guess. If you're a family or a decent human being, stay far away.
