This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff was incredibly friendly. Beds were really comfortable. Only downside is that the lobby doesn’t have a lot of seating which makes breakfast tricky if there’s a lot of people trying to eat at one time. I would definitely stay here again.

Our air conditioner went out at our house we stayed nine days waiting on a part.nice room. We had 2 dogs so they put us on first floor by side door so it was easy to walk them. Suzy worked front desk she was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was nice.

The staff at check in/out were helpful and kind when we reassured extra sheets, they brought all 3 up for my son quickly with a smile. The room was clean and looked nice! The breakfast they had was plentiful and all options were tasty and nice. Would love to stay here again with my family.

Suzy was who checked me in and she was so kind! She had the best customer service and she was just so kind and willing to help! The rooms were clean and the hotel is overall very nice for the price! Definitely would recommend. If you want a place with friendly staff and clean rooms, this is your spot!

This is a great place to stay if you need a short-term extended stay home away from home when you need a place that allows pets. Me and my cats stayed here for 3 weeks while we were waiting to close on our house. The kitties were perfectly content to sun themselves on the windowsill all day long! The property is clean and well maintained; though there was an issue with the elevator being out of service for a couple of days. Nothing that the on-site team could fix because they were waiting for a part. There are team is outstanding! From the front desk folks to the housekeeping and maintenance guy. I do want to give a specific shout out to Aidan; I don't think he has ever met a stranger and he always has a smile! The few times that I did need it something he was "on it". Overall they do a great job. Keep it up!

As far as customer service goes, it was fantastic. Anything I needed or asked about was brought to me or thoroughly explained. The desk man Aidan specifically did his job for sure. The rooms were nice and “home” like. WiFi could have been a little better but that doesn’t lower my review at all. The breakfast options were good, the fact there were options each morning is just awesome.

Great hospitality by Aidan very help and friendly great customer service They always helped when asked on a timely manner he also made us feel very comfortable when watching the game downstairs . Never gave an attitude the cleaning ladies where great as well
