Stayed here for the first time recently, and I won’t try to find a better place in SA! Everything was spotless, service was super-friendly, and the breakfast was well-prepared and plentiful (bonus stars for having those Green Chile Food Company burritos in the yogurt fridge!). The coffee was good enough to not have to find another place for my morning fix, which is rare in my typical travel experience. This place is located about a mile and a half from an HEB and a wonderful Vietnamese place called “What Da Phô.“. As an added bonus, there is a small putting green towards the back of the hotel, outside in a mostly fenced-in area…golf balls & putters are available at the front desk. The only knock I can give this place is that one treadmill was not working correctly in the fitness center. Otherwise, this place was just about perfect. Kudos to Gabe at the front desk for being a wonderful ambassador to the brand. He told me that this location was actually the #1-rated Springhill Suites in the United States last year.

I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes for someone to show up on Nov 7th at approx. 1p. I then asked a nearby maitenance man if he knew where the front desk staff was. Two people then appeared after the maitenance man stood behind me. A woman (who later identified herself as ”Cortney”) proceeded to speak with maitenance. The maitenance man had to tell her to address my needs first. She then turned to me and said how can I help you. I advised her that it was rude of her to look pass me and speak with the maitenance man before a customer who has been waiting over 5 minutes . She then told me I could leave. I asked for the manager to which she said, ”I am.” I asked her for contact info to her supervisor to which she said, ”contact Wingate.” I asked for her name to which she said, ”Cortney.” She then told me to leave again while walking away. This manager (Cortney Dawson) was rude and disrespectful to a customer (prepaid for 5 days) and ultimately respresents Wyndham poorly.

Stayed here with the family for a football amp at Angelo State University. The location was great - right across the street from the school, and within walking distance of several restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was also good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My wife left an item behind and they called us to let us now, and offered to mail it to us. We would definitely return if we are back in the area!

Parken kostenlos. Wifi okay. Am besten zu bewerten ist allerdings das Personal, das sich absolut freundlich, kompetent und unverbraucht darstellt. Bestes Beispiel: Frau Arreola – Assistant General Manager, die uns während des Aufenthalts immer wieder bei allen Fragen und Wünsche beiseite stand.

The manager checked on us several times: the manager made sure everything was going well with preparing for our celebration: he also came by during celebration to make sure everything and everyone had what they needed: we had a great stay with a wonderful celebration:

we stayed one night during our recent road trip through Texas and New Mexico. We checked in with K'Lee who was a one woman show, very Friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Next morning we checked out with Selena who went above and beyond to assist us with some technical difficulties.
