Lleguè a la habitaciòn y el clima no servia, me atendieron para componerlo y dijeron que si en media hora no enfriaba pues ya me cambiaban de habitación, no enfrió hacia calor en la habitación estabamos a mas de 30 grados y la actitud de la encargada y de otra persona, en lugar de atenderte para que estes ahi fue muy decepcionante, antes habia estado todo genial. No hay ningun gerente que atienda y la verdad decepcionada de como me han tratado. Sin clima que funcione bien en un hotel como este, no es posible.

Todo iba bien... hasta que me tocó hacer checa out el recepcionista super de mal gusto pidió revisaran mi habitación y empezó a contar cuantas cosas debían ser e insistió al de seguridad cómo dando por hecho que yo me llevaría algo,se que este es un proceso de rutina pero jamas en ningun hotel me habia tocado que se hiciera con esa rueeza y mal gusto, en general la atención y los alimentos me habían parecido muy buenos, pero al final el que me tuviera esperando y la insistencia en que se contara todo me pareció terrible y cuándo ya había terminado de mala manera me pregunto si requería algo más, todo porque estaba esperando a que me confirmara si ya había terminado el proceso.

El hotel recomendado por sus instalaciones y limpieza. Lo que si deja mucho que desear es la atención en el servicio del restaurante la comida es buena solo la atención lenta y no son amables los meseros.

The bedding and room were excellent. I got locked out of my room twice with a card key. Best hotel in town, yes I would go back. Go to the restaurant nearby at the Park Hotel for comida corrida. Visit the museum on the zocalo in nearby Santiago Tuxtla.
